Yeah, I’m disappointed that Germans are putting up with this crap. The pendulum has swung so far since 1945 that they have become cowards and prisoners in their own country.
Pay a fine? If I were mayor of that town, I’d set an example for the rest of the country and have the filthy, bearded pricks shot; just the way the shoot Christians.
There are some decent German laws over insults. Just doing the “birdy” toward a cop....will get you into court and facing a fine that will go up four digits. Calling some guy a “fatty” in some public setting...will get you into court as well. These six have zero grasp of German law culture, but judges haven’t shown any tendency to force normal law on them (look at the Koln sexual assault thugs from January....convictions that occurred got probation). All this does is irritate German public into voting against the normal political parties.
