Ted Kennedy Secretly Asked The Soviets To Intervene In The 1984 Elections
The Federalist ^ | March 10, 2015 | Sean Davis

Earlier this week, 47 Republican senators published an open letter informing the leaders of Iran that any nuclear deal with the United States that failed to be approved by the Senate would likely expire in 2017, once President Barack Obama’s term ended. You can read the full letter here.

The letter enraged progressives, who immediately began accusing the senators of treason for having the audacity to publish basic constitutional facts about how treaties work. Here is but a small sampling of the response from the outrage brigade:

Has anyone ever seen anything like that letter from Senate Repubs to Iran? How is that not treason? I'm really asking. — Adam McKay (@GhostPanther) March 10, 2015

Did 47 Republican Senators just commit treason with Iran letter? (by @writerknowles) http://t.co/sBj397WWk3 — Bloomberg Politics (@bpolitics) March 9, 2015

To Cotton-sticking Senate GOP: If Ds had done under a Republican POTUS what you did today, you would have been the first to cry "treason!" — David Axelrod (@davidaxelrod) March 9, 2015

For many liberals this morning, the word treason is defined as not giving Obama his way — John Podhoretz (@jpodhoretz) March 10, 2015

If these progressives want to know what actual treason looks like, they should consult liberal lion Ted Kennedy, who not only allegedly sent secret messages to the Soviets in the midst of the cold war, he also begged them to intervene in a U.S. presidential election in order to unseat President Ronald Reagan. That’s no exaggeration.

According to Soviet documents unearthed in the early 1990’s, Kennedy literally asked the Soviets, avowed enemies of the U.S., to intervene on behalf of the Democratic party in the 1984 elections. Kennedy’s communist communique was so secret that it was not discovered until 1991, eight years after Kennedy had initiated his Soviet gambit:

Russians getting involved in US Elections? Try Ted Kennedy in 1984, inviting them in.

Democrats are so full of lies.

So since we can agree that Ted Kennedy was a treasonous POS can we repeal the immigration law he sponsored that’s been nothing less than an assault on our country for more than fifty years?

And jimmy “the peanut farmer” carter did the same thing in the 1980 election against Reagan’s first run as well.

Why Ted wasn’t immediately removed from office right then and there and placed on trial for Treason against the state and then shot in front of a firing squad if found guilty is prima-faca evidence that the Republic is so far gone that it is NOT salvageable.

Too bad SEVERAL Federalist.com writers have worked so feverishly as big government open borders #NeverTrumpers, aye! How, exactly, does that happen with anyone “claiming” some relationship to federalism in the U.S?

This is not news. It was disclosed several years ago.

Yes, it was disclosed years ago but we need to remember it. Always. Whenever the American democrat/communist party starts to talk about “treason” Ted Kennedy’s actual treason needs to be brought up.

Never forget. Never forgive.

It is news now when the Dems are complaining that the Russians have dared to interfere in a US election. Now one of the founding hypocritical liberals of the 20th century had been inviting them in. Let them deny it, or let them admit it.

So, Ted asked in 1984, on behalf of the Democrats, and the Soviets finally got around to acting on it. Now the Dems complain? There’s no pleasing them!

This is the reason that, when Kennedy died, I celebrated his death, hoped it was painful, and called him every name in the book.

He burns in Hell as we speak.

Nobody was going to touch a Kennedy even if he raped Mother Theresa in the Vatican.

More importantly, Ted Kennedy used the stupid Sen. John Tunney (D-CA) as his courier because he knew the guy was too stupid to understand the fuller meaning of what Kennedy was doing.

There have been several Congressmen/women and Senators who were members of the Communist Party USA or hardcore, well-documented supporters of it, esp. from the 1930’s-late 40’s.

This included Sen. John? Coffee; Emanuel Dickstein, a paid Soviet NKVD agent while the head of the House Special Committee on Un-American Activities (”i.e. the Dickstein Committee”); Vito Marcantonio (NYC - never identified as a CP member but he was their man en toto); there was a Sen. Lundgren (poss. Calif); Bella Abzug (never publicly identified as CPUSA member but documents linked her to CP fronts and Soviet fronts - for example, she donated money to the CPUSA Jewish faction that opposed Stalin’s anti-Semitism - to their publication “Jewish Currents”, and was an American delegate to the 1947 conference of the Soviet legal front, the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, etc. Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich) - still in Congess; former Rep. Ron Dellums (D-CA) open socialist but hardcore Marxist with treasonous ties to the Marxist regime in Grenada; Rep. George Crockett Jr (D-Mich) deceased - hardcore CPUSA member; Rep. Hugh DeLacy (D-CA) - deceased; and many more in the SPCUA volumes known as Appendix IX - 1944.

We also have crazy black Marxist nutcase former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA). Hardcore anti-Semite, racist, and psychochick. Members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus who are members of the Marxist Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

Former, deceased Rep. Parren Mitchell (D-MD). Strong ties to the CPUSA and known ties of unknown dimensions to identified Soviet spy Victor Perlo
Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill) linked to the Marxist Puerto Rican Socialist Party.
Rep. Laura DeRosa (D-CT) open/photo links to CP of New Haven
Rep. Danny Davis (D-Ill) - photographed links and statements to the Communist Party of Illinois
Former Rep. Augusta Hawkins (D-CA) admitted to former membership in the CPUSA
Former/late Sen. Alan Cranston (D-CA) strong links to Soviet intelligence through the CPUSA/NKVD Institute for Pacific Relations during and after WW2; heavy CPUSA/Soviet presence in the Office of War Information, WW2, in which Cranston worked; links to murdered anti-communist labor leader Carlos Tresca; friends with key CPUSA members in the entertainment field including John Randolph.

Many, many more not listed.
