IIRC, Philly gave 104% of their vote to Gore in 2000 - seriously. He won 104% of the registered voters there.
Real Americans should be wary of anyone who opposes fighting voter fraud; unfortunately, there are far too few real Americans left (and the number shrinks daily). The only hope is that enough of the imported replacements are tired of the economic stagnation here as well, and see Trump as the one who can deliver the American Dream to them.
