As far as I can tell, their cause is always the same. Hating fellow citizens because they can’t control them.
I’m seeing Lefties in total denial that this could be in any way Islam-related. “Just a crazy kid, imitating Brevik.” Buying the official line from the German authorities that they KNOW, and knew within about 24 hours of the attack, that this was non-Islam-related. How convenient for Frau Merkel.
And, again, the Lefties I engage with are vehemently parroting this line, they’ve bought it hook, line and sinker. I think some of them probably still think Nadal Hassan was just random workplace violence.
