She chose based on electoral votes. Kaine brings nothing earth shattering. We know Clinton believes Virginia is ground zero with the electoral college. What do they have....about 14 EC votes? I don’t remember.
In other words, she sees it as very, very close and MUST wrap up the Washington DC liberals.
These are not good signs for her.

Has anyone had the stomach to check the DUmp? I bet they are pissed off at this pick. They seem to be evenly split between disappointment and resignation. The overall mood is that Kaine is a dry but inoffensive man, but not the "progressive" they were hoping for. IOW, another Joe Biden.
