At a victory event on Friday morning Republican nominee for president Donald Trump thanked supporters and took a shot at Sen. Ted Cruz for his speech Wednesday night at the RNC where he did not endorse the candidate and said to "vote your conscience."
"I don't want his endorsement. I don't want his endorsement. Ted, stay home, relax, enjoy yourself."

Okay. It’s been said. Let’s move on and not dwell on it. The job now is to convince those who are sourly disappointed at Cruz’ losing to stay with the side of light and future instead of staying home or even worse voting for Hillary.

Why is it I have a feeling Rush isn’t going to let his love affair with Cruz die? I hope I’m wrong here, but Rush is sending out vibes that trouble me.
Cruz showed himself to be the self-serving, hateful, lying very poor loser. Trump let him punk himself and he did that with “style”. Cruz is history. Even though it came out clearly during the primaries, last night was the whipped cream on the dessert.

I agree. He cant get bogged down in this Cruz crap. It is over. He beat Cruz. Trump just had a great night & needs to stay on focus against Hillary.

I did not like Rush’s vibe/take on the Cruz situation yesterday AT ALL. My red flag was up - he compared Cruz to Churchill at one point and his words seemed like thinly veiled support for Cruz.
I think your feeling might be correct. I will not listen to Rush today if he is giving Trump the old “concern” troll treatment.
I have not entirely trusted Rush lately.

I guarantee if this had been Ted Cruz’s acceptance speech, Rush would’ve began the program with ringing praises of it! At 19 minutes in, he still hasn’t offered one praise of Trump’s speech. Just freaking unbelievable!
I stopped listening to Rush months ago, and almost all of the other pundits. These guys make money off of us and they corral us like cattle. I listened to Trumps speech and it was awesome! If Rush has a problem with it, he’s on the wrong side.
