Thanking his volunteers in Cleveland a day after the Republican National Convention wrapped, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump today slammed Ted Cruz's Wednesday night speech and said he “will not accept” if the Texas senator ever decides to endorse him.

"He'll come and endorse over the next little while. It's because he has no choice," Trump said. "But I don't want his endorsement. What difference does it make?"

"Ted, just stay home, relax, enjoy yourself," Trump.

If you’ve been reduced to making it personal/insults, at least come up with something less stale. That cliche hasn’t been fresh for two decades.

“I was just thinking Rick Perry should primary the little so and so.”

Plenty of good conservatives in Texas but I doubt Rick Perry will come back for a run at the senate.

I heard Trump himself say that he knew Cruz wasn’t going to endorse him in his speech and he said let him go on anyway.

Once he said he wasn’t going to endorse him he shouldn’t have let him speak. Primetime airtime is very valuable during the convention. Trump could have used that 30 minutes for someone who did business with him, or charities he helped, or middle class workers who worked for him, etc.

I heard Trump say Cruz failed to honor his pledge.

Trump says he doesn’t want Cruz’s endorsement. He tells Cruz to go home and just relax.

Then he spends 15 minutes on Heidi Cruz and Rafael Cruz.

What a waste of live tv coverage. Hillary is spending $ 2 million a day. Trump is relying on free coverage. There itr was and he was off message.

Cruz wants another 3 month primary vetting Trump’s “Constitutional Conservatism”. While dangling a potential endorsement should Trump jump through Cruz’s hoops. Not going to happen. Trump spent 15 minutes shutting that down. Primary is over. Losers don’t call shots in the general.

Cruz intended to dump his you know what in Trump’s convention punch bowl regardless. Without a speaking slot Cruz would have gone to Cleveland as a wronged martyr and smeared Trump to the TX delegation on the day of Trump’s big speech. The problem here is Cruz and not Trump. But as a former Cruz supporter you just won’t admit it.

Pence is a little stiff but he can’t help but smile and laugh listening to Trump.

He is going to have the time of his Life being part of this Ticket. So will we.

Too bad Hillary’s V.P. might end up putting a Stick into her mouth so she doesn’t bite off her Tongue when she has a Seizure.

Cruz is Fredo.

Trump is Michael.

If Trump wins this, he will be Campaigning for the Republican opposing Cruz in the 2018 Primary.

It will be his version of sending a Lieutenant to go Fishing with Cruz in a Boat on Lake Tahoe.

Disclaimer: Former Cruz.
Now a very disappointed former Cruzer who wants his Donations back.

The election is a long ways off. In thread after thread I read that Trump attacked Heidi Cruz and Cruz’s father, that is not true. Trump was completely justified in addressing that lie. Never let a lie go unchallenged.

You need to find someone who cares. I lost interest when insults were the best you could do. They’re boring. But it’s a big site. Keep looking and you may find someone like yourself, who enjoys mindless, content free posts.

Cruz would have fit right in with being a spectacularly cliche televangelist had he not gone into politics.

Too funny! You started this whole thing by levying personal insults. And not just against me. Your default mode is insult, and when you are called on it you wax indignant. No wonder you’ve never been published.
