Ungh. Had it happen to me once while working away from the house once. Had my pal drive me to a convenience store and I sat in the beer cooler for 1/2 hour.
I only knew what to do because I had seen Caleb go down from heatstroke on survivor and had to be Medivaced. I am still sitting with ice cold bottles of Fiji on my body because I am paranoid about having the mother of all strokes
