well Cruz wont be traveling with trump this summer...
the politicians endorse the POTUS candidates by being there and speaking..
but they also get an opportunity to showcase themselves for future elections etc...

As bad as it was, I figured Cruz would at least end with some sort of tepid endorsement of Trump. Even the cameras cut away from the end of his speech.
I never thought I’d have more respect from Jeb Bush than Ted Cruz. Bush broke his pledge to endorse the nominee, but at least he has the guts to be honest about it in public. Cruz can’t even admit he’s breaking his promise.

That’s the best I can do since I had chips for dinner...the mind wanders and food enters the conversation in various ways. I thought it didn’t look right, but went with it anyway. Gettin’ lazy.
Cruz should have gone to Kasich’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Party.
