I hope that our governor, Matt Bevin, issues a statement to all public schools in Kentucky that field trips to Noah’s Ark theme park - Ark Encounter - are not only okay but recommended. The Freedom From Religion Foundation can go somewhere else.

We just love the way leftist groups of every stripe and odor decide what rules we must follow in every damn venue they can (public schools in this case).
We also know and love how the products of these schools fare these years.
Idiocy born out of political correctness and the overreaction to bad supreme court rulings and we get to live with their crap.
Not me. Never.

Nah, there’s a “Noah’s Ark” waterpark at the Dells, but this is a different, Biblical theme-park in Kentucky.

Use the First Amendment Defense Act agains them. The FADA has been justly promoted as a means to protect religious people, as well as other conscientious objectors, against those who might wish to retaliate against you.

“Ark Encounter features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, this modern engineering marvel amazes visitors young and old. Ark Encounter is situated in the beautiful Williamstown, Kentucky, halfway between Cincinnati and Lexington on I-75. From the moment you turn the corner and the towering Ark comes into view, to the friendly animals in the zoo, to the jaw-dropping exhibits inside the Ark, you’ll experience the pages of the Bible like never before.” arkencounter.com

How sad is this. This is not what our Founding Fathers wanted. They championed liberty. All these rulings are the manifestation of the goals of communism. I don’t even recognize my country anymore.
