"SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. The sheriff of a county about 70 miles north of Seattle says a restaurant owner has asked that law enforcement no longer dine there.
Skagit County Sheriff Will Reichardt said on Facebook that after four deputies finished lunch at Lucky's Teriyaki in Sedro-Woolley Thursday, the owner asked them not to eat there anymore.
Reichardt says the deputies were told that customers didn't like law enforcement there. The sheriff says his chief deputy called the owner later Thursday and says the request was confirmed along with a request to spread the word among other law enforcement agencies."

The owner said it was all a misunderstanding and cops are always welcome and get free meals on Monday’s. He told them twice, once at the restaurant and then later when the chief called him. Now he’s saying they can eat there and for free on Monday’s??? I know this place, pass through SW on my way to the Baker Lake hiking area. Will let people know when it closes.
Is it really a reasonable request to keep cops out of your eatery? I say no. If this guy has been doing business in this country, he knows enough of the language to know how to keep his place open. I don’t care if all the Democrats are spoon feeding him hate everyday - I assumed the owner had a brain and should have a clue about what’s been going on the past week. I won’t make such assumptions in the future. Telling cops they aren’t welcome isn’t a decent thing to do. This guy is trying to pull it all back now, as he realizes his decision affects his bottom line. Too late....
So what do you think happened? Did the Muslim drivers lose their taxi licenses? No way! They were accommodated, and just told they didn't have to drive those particular taxis.
I would not argue it one way of the other, but I believe that I did see it and I skimmed over it. It did not stick in my mind, but I do believe that they could refuse service to someone because of their religious beliefs. Unlike Christians that can’t.
Not sure from the article if it was the owner who apologized, or if it was his son.
Could it be that the son has a little more knowledge of what the ban would do to business...:^)
Coffee out my nose on that one.
We used to have a state trooper living on our block. She was an out lesbian living with another woman, and that has its issues if there were ever any disputes about their pets’ behavior (”you’re a bigot”), but we loved seeing her cruiser parked out front.

You get a place named "Lucky Teriyaki Restaurant" and it's pretty easy to see how the owner would want to be cautious about his high rollin' customers sensibilities.
This ain't some greasy wok we're talking about here! This place is at least 15 feet from the road!
Local 9-1-1 needs to put Teryaki Traitor restaurant on Call Block.
How you say, “Under New Management” to signmaker?
you know i used to see signs in place that say we reserve the to refuse service to any one.do you know what ever happened to that?

Do you know who does not like the police?
Criminals

Must be quite a few criminals on F.R. then.
(hang back and see if they jump on my remark)
Just auto-route their 911 calls to dial-a-prayer.
You have to be one of the "protected" clientele of the Left to be able to claim "discrimination." (I put the quotation marks around "protected," because the clientele have really not been protected--except in a limited, often self-defeating sense--by the referenced legislation.
Thanks.
The liberals have really screwed up a whole lot of places, have they not?
I like your line about “liberals eager to give away things they dont own to the illegals and other crooks.”
Sums up many of the problems we all face here and across the globe.
Because now, their business volume hasn't got a prayer.
