Rotor Reuter is reporting it so I guess it’s true! There goes the element of surprise! Wonder why they did it? Wonder why they release the information early? Everybody interview from trumps camp on cable news were very hush-hush they kept saying wait until Friday for the VP to be announced .....why the turn of events? Could it be the team wanted to out stage the BLM?
I also can't imagine Trump leaving Pence dangling in the wind like this (if this is indeed misinformation) and I don't think Pence would be a willing party to this kind of deception as it would be a slap in the face to him to be touted all day at "the guy" only to have Trump announce somebody else the following day.
I checked Trump's Twitter feed and he's not confirming or denying. He has put out unrelated tweets since this news broke. This tells me that Pence is the VP choice as otherwise Trump would have denied it by now.
I'm not thrilled about the choice but I'm keeping an open mind for now. I don't know much about Pence. Maybe he'll surprise me. I just read his bio and he seems like a solid guy and a good Christian. Certainly it looks like the pick will at least do no harm.

Oh dear. Someone’s got the hump. You apparently read words I didn’t write in addition to writing some of your own that are absolutely incoherent.

I’m glad for you that you’re pleased.
I’ve seen the Libertarian candidate, Johnson, on several TV talk shows. I wanted to like him, as I was initially looking for an alternative to the Republicans who were prominent in the early primaries. He came across as a real flake.
The Trump campaign has indicated that Pence has not as yet been chosen.
But if it is Pence...I am perfectly fine with him, It would be a nod to folks like Cruz and his supporters that Trump is willing to put someone with the same basic beliefs one heartbeat away from the presidency.
I would also be happy with Gingrich. Despite some of his baggage, he is someone who knows the ropes, someone who has gotten major things accomplished, and someone whom I view as loyal American.
Ok folks deep breaths. Pence is a good choice.....solid.

Drudge reaches tens of millions. This Roll Call...maybe a few thousand. For all practical purposes, Drudge broke this story wide open.
