Earlier this year I expressed a concern about a report that the SC judges had a great deal of social contact beyond their function as SC judges. I wondered if that was a good thing, if they are to stay objective and base their findings on proper criteria.
We've had reason to be skeptical of this Supreme Court and its really convoluted, political decisions. I can only assume that Justice Ginsberg is all about promoting her opinions, and it (among other issues) has affected the court.
OF COURSE she should resign, in total disgrace. PS: the other two gals on the SC do not come across as pillars of Judicial wisdom, either.
Likely the case. Ginsburg is known to hate Obama for trying to push her out and has hung on only to deny him her successor. Like Obama's attempts to replace Debbie Washerwoman Schultz, there's a backhanded acknowledgement that Obama is a Jew-hater.

This is a bad idea. If and when the old hag dies the next president can appoint a new justice if he republicans can find their manhood long enough to confirm them. If she has an exercise room accident the jug eared communist can temporarily appoint one (who really believes the nutless republicans will oppose anyone he appoints)and lots of mischief ensues..Hang in there ruthy, make it 6 more months and then esad.
If (the late) Scalia (or Thomas) had said the stuff that she’s saying, there would be a HUGE EFFORT to impeach him.
