FBI boss’ outrageous double standard in letting Hillary skate
The New York Post ^ | July 5th, 2016 | By Post Editorial Board

The fix was in.

Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey painted a devastating picture of Hillary Clinton’s reckless lawbreaking with her emails and the damage it likely caused — but then recommended no charges against her.

When it comes to the Clintons, say goodbye to the rule of law.

Comey said the bureau looked for evidence that “classified information was improperly stored or transmitted” on Clinton’s personal email servers, in violation of a “statute making it a felony to mishandle classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way.”

Sure enough, his agents found plenty: 110 emails “in 52 email chains” were considered classified “at the time they were sent or received.”

That included eight “Top Secret” chains, 36 with “Secret” information and eight more that were “Confidential.” Another 2,000 were classified “Confidential” later.

There may have been more, but Comey said his agents couldn’t examine all of Hillary’s emails because some that were deleted may never be found.

The evidence showed Clinton and her colleagues were “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information” — even if they may not have “intended” to break the law. And, as he said earlier, proving intent isn’t necessary to find her guilty of a felony.

Her conduct is officially not considered intentional because the fix is in.

If you or I did the same thing we would be in a heap of legal trouble and facing prison. But because this is Hillary Clinton, she is not held to the same standard as you or I.

Have the resignations at the FBI started yet? I thought not.

"To be clear this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions but that’s not what we’re deciding here." - James Comey Director FBI, July 5, 2016

IOWs...

"Let me make it clear that Democrats do not have to obey any laws whatsoever. There will be no consequences if they do but they will have the full force and power of the U.S. Federal government to dish out consequences to any who oppose them."

Comey just signaled to all Democrats that there are no limits on their actions whatsoever. They can do anything they want to to achieve their goals.

What do you think is going to happen now?

Another thing that I now wonder about is the bill clinton / loretta lynch meeting in Phoenix last week and them being spotted after a local reporter was tipped off. I now think that was a set up so she could then come out and say ‘oops, that was dumb and I wouldn’t do that again, so I will just accept what the FBI director Comey says we should do.

I think the fix was in back then and this gave her an out so she will not be blamed for not bringing charges against hitlery. It basically took all the pressure off lynch. How convenient. Yes, it made her look bad, at the very least, stupid and incompetent, but it got the press off her back and immediately put the clinton crimes to bed... sort of. So now instead of another critical week going by waiting for lynch to try to look like she was giving it careful consideration; it’s done and no decision on her part is necessary. It also gives her an out if future charges are brought up.

Everyone still knows she’s a crook so that didn’t go away but her corrupt supporters don’t care about that.

Is Comey an accessory after the fact?

I’m beginning to think the FBI are O’s cleanup hitter.

Weren’t they sent to Benghazi? Aren’t they the one that left all that classified information all over the place?

Or maybe it was a desire to be invited to the A-List parties and finally get the FBI Building updated?

Or a desire NOT to unduly influence an election when 'intent' might come into play.. Or a suppressed desire for more staff, more prestige and besides no one wants to stand with 'the Jews'...oops, I mean 'traditional Americans'...

All that said, a part of me still believes James Comey is a good man. Just now I'm a little short on proof...

How is telling your staff to strip classifications from a document and forward it on a non-secure system not intentional?

Comey flat out lied about 'intent' having anything to do with it. No one is going to hold him to account for that when he just released the most flagrant criminal of the last two decades from any culpability.

She paid to set the email system up before she became secs tate. The intent was there from the start.
