Now, the outcome of the U.S. vote in November won't just impact the American economy. The whole world will feel it. You were saying that your worst fear is Hillary Clinton will become president of the U.S. You said she's "a questionable character". I mean, you might not like her personally, but why do you say that she'll destroy the whole world? Do you mean to say that her actions will be harmful to the global economy, and, if yes - then how?
Marc Faber: Well, if you look at her period during which she was Secretary of State, the U.S. committed several aggressions in the Middle East, including, also, the invasion of Libya. Libya, which was probably, the only properly functioning African Economy. So, I would say that her achievements with nation building have been a catastrophe. And then, if you put yourself into the shoes, of, say, mr. Putin, or of the Chinese - she declared while she was Secretary of State, America's Pivot to Asia. Wouldn't you consider that to be an aggression? China has never started a war, they were always drawn into wars by foreign powers, and now the U.S. acts in provocation of China.

LOL, Faber turns out to be such a mixed bag. What he says about economy makes good sense, but his take on China? I don't think so. I know he is doing a lot of business in Asia and even live there. But he is stretching it too far, bordering on being a China's PR agent.
I also got curious about the name Sophie Shevardnadze. It sounded familiar. As just as I suspected, she is related to the former Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze under Gorbachev, who later became the President of Georgia after the fall of Soviet Union. He was also the former head of Georgian KGB. She turns out to be his granddaughter, who hosts new show at Russia's propaganda organ. It all fits.
Gosh - that means Trump is really being unnecessarily provocative when he says that China cheats us by manipulating its currency and benefiting from stupid trade deals with us....
I realize it isn't the meme of this article but it sure does set the stage for the leap...

I think he was one of the talking heads that didn’t come off as a drooling moron or someone trying to manipulate investors in order to maximize their killing over the Brexit turmoil (btw, thanks to those who did! It seems to be working out for world-weary FReeper SC).

BTW, there will always be just one Dr. Doom, and that’s Henry “Doctor Doom” Kaufman, who was invariably cited that way for decades by the late Paul Kangas on the Nightly Business Report, the only good reason to tune into PBS:

Not saying everything on RT is true; certainly not. But I saw another lying local station claim 4% to 5% was local unemployment. Sick of lies, lies, lies.
