No, in fact, I'm just getting caught up on your excellent work on this very complex and interesting case.
My major premise in thinking about this matter is that nobody cares about, or is very interested in, Hillary's obvious, naked violations of statutes pertaining to classified information. That's all public record, open source, and if they wanted to get her for that she would have been indicted last October and Biden would have run.
And I agree with that. American voters will not turn against someone who violated rule 4,567,890 subpart B paragraph 1488. It's not just, but it's true.
So, I have been working all along on the theory that this is about the "Foundation", that the reason for the "server" was to conceal financial crimes, and that the FBI needed to, and would, find the money, find the bank accounts, make the racketeering and conspiracy case, and that would be that. Why would it take so long? Because it does.
However, I have not had a really good explanation for why "Obama" would have endorsed Hillary, knowing what he knows. I worked for a while on the "shadow war"theory - that Hillary and Bill had information about "Obama" that they were holding over his head, like the birth certificate.
But it just occurred to me that "Obama" might have a piece of the action in the Foundation conspiracy. I've seen him as a kind of Leninist ascetic, driven to burn America to the ground and not interested in money.
But maybe that's wrong. If the recovered emails implicate "Obama" in money laundering, bribery, and tax evasion then the situation is a thousand times more complicated than I have thought.
And if they implicate him in treason?
Well, where are Allen Dulles, J. Edgar Hoover and Howard Hunt when you need them?
What you describe there is RICO.
Under the Espionage Act, it's a crime for any person to convey information intended to interfere with the U.S. armed forces prosecution of the war effort or to promote the success of the country’s enemies. That's another angle being investigated.

This is some excellent work on your part and there is some articles pointing out racketeering as a charge. It is a very complex case. My concerns have been mainly national security related including treason but what you state could be money laundering activities for these and other nefarious deeds.
Hillary and Obama are two very corrupt and evil individuals and this fight is far from over. I did not expect anything today but the investigation continues.

As I understand it, a presidential pardon cannot be rescinded.
Also, there have been a number of “pre-emptive” pardons (Nixon being the most famous).
BHO could pardon them all irremovably, demagoguing that it was a witch hunt that he had to put a stop to.
Then with Shrillary safely elected, she could return the favor.

That’s right and they both must go. I have never been expecting Obama to indict her but something entirely different and that very well may happen. Expect the behind the scenes pressure to nail them both to go up significantly. I would not be surprised to see something really damning on the both of them to come out soon.

Thanks, I just read that in one of your previous posts. I will take your word for it. But consider, there is no intervening force that can stop him from doing so. You know it doesn’t matter to 0 whether it is legal or not. He will just do it. And after that what recourse is there? The congress will not impeach because they know the marxist dim’s in the senate will block conviction regardless of the evidence. That leaves the military and the people. The people are not yet ready, nor should they be at present, to remove 0 from office. So, it’s up to the military and they are not going to remove 0 from office this close to an election. Although they may block H from taking office if the evidence supports it. While I am not plugged into any remaining patriotic institutions in DC, I see nothing that will prevent 0 from pardoning H if he chooses to. I hope you are right and I am wrong but I don’t think I am wrong.

There is one who can which may have to act (there are lots of rumblings going on. Been acting already covertly) and that is going to be big trouble for everybody.

I believe that the House WOULD draft Articles of Impeachment if there was sufficient evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors.
It would take extraordinary circumstances for the Senate to vote for removal as a supermajority is required, especially with BHO being so near the end of his term. But at least the House will have done its part and the Rat party would be stuck with the BHO stink for years to come, as they were with the Clinton stink.
