US Attorney General Loretta Lynch has recused herself from deciding whether Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be charged in the classified email investigation, following outrage over the AG's private Monday meeting with Bill Clinton, the justice department announced Friday morning.
The announcement comes in the wake of accusations that the Obama appointee has a conflict of interest in the case, after she met with the former president on her government plane while on the tarmac of Phoenix, Arizona's Sky Harbor Airport on Monday.
Lynch will discuss the decision during an interview on Friday morning at the Aspen Ideas Festival, an anonymous DOJ official said.
Normally, the AG and other DOJ officials would have the final say in bringing charges in an investigation, but Monday’s 30 minute meeting is thought to have led to the change in protocol.
Although Lynch stressed the two did not discuss official business, she was accused of impropriety and and urged to recuse herself.

Comey got to them. Circling the wagons around an atomic bomb on an activated timer is bad any way you look at it. Hillary is out. Based on the NSA disclosure alone, she’s dead meat.
If the charge her before she bails, the potential sentence, if the sentences run consecutively, would put her away for a thousand lifetimes.

Lynch stepped in it big time getting caught having her visit/delivery meeting with bag man Bill...but this is all starting to stink to high Heaven.
There is not a single agency of the government - the FBI and the military included - that have not been completely taken in by the American Soviet...the tyranny that rules us. They have all been corrupted and controlled. The American military’s top priorities are LGBT favoritism and global warming. The FBIs top priorities are keeping information out of the public’s hands and preventing “Islamophobia.”
There is no recourse except revolution.
It is corrupt and will continue to be corrupt. Hillary’s bordering house reach did her in. She’s beyond stupid to think she could compromise classified information to that magnitude and not get caught.

While not an obvious conclusion your comment is certainly an obvious suspicion. I'm not ready to agree with you YET. But we should all be looking for clues as to how the meeting and the Lynch action benefits (The Team): Obama, Lynch, Hillary and Bill.
What does seem obvious is that this puts a lot of pressure on FBI Director Comey. If your theory is correct then The Team would have to know that they have Comey under control. That seems like a stretch to me. Time will tell.

Now the decision makers who let Hillary slide will be nameless and faceless, of course.
