Bill Clinton Up to No Good Visiting Attorney General Loretta Lynch
PJ Media ^ | June 30, 2016 | J. Christian Adams

Posted on 06/30/2016 8:20:54 AM PDT by jazusamo

Whenever Bill Clinton gets on a plane to meet a woman, he’s usually up to no good.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said her impromptu tarmac summit at Phoenix Sky Harbor was a purely social affair. Golf and grandchildren were on the agenda, she said -- and not how a home-brew server crammed with classified information ended up in Bill’s basement.

However, the attorney general normally doesn’t meet with family members of a target in an active FBI criminal investigation.

Hillary is just that -- a target in an FBI criminal investigation.

But you’d never know that listening to Attorney General Lynch. She borrowed the narrative of the Hillary campaign when she described the FBI criminal investigation as a “security inquiry.”

Downplaying the FBI criminal investigation is a deliberate communications strategy of the Clinton campaign. It’s a very bad sign that the person who must approve any grand jury referral has adopted Hillary’s dishonest language.

Many won’t believe Lynch and Clinton only discussed grandkids and golf in her cozy jet. But I do.

That’s all they needed to discuss for Bill to interfere with a criminal prosecution. Sophisticated insiders don’t need to use clumsy and explicit language. Merely having the tarmac summit interferes with the investigation, even if golf and grandkids were the only topics discussed.

The tarmac summit sent a signal. It is a signal to all of the hardworking FBI agents who have the goods on Hillary.

The attorney general has made it clear what team she is on. The attorney general isn’t on the side of justice. She’s on the Democratic Party team.

This is the unspoken message from Lynch to all of the FBI agents on the case and to all the front-line lawyers at the Justice Department:

When you send your recommendation to refer Hillary’s case to the grand jury, you had better realize your burden to convince me I should sign off on a grand jury request is higher than you thought. These are my friends.

This is standard operating procedure in the Obama Justice Department. When DOJ lawyers were reviewing South Carolina Voter ID laws for pre-clearance under the Voting Rights Act, then-Attorney General Eric Holder gave an interview and speech about the discriminatory nature of voter ID laws. Like day follows night, the lawyers responsible for the review then blocked South Carolina’s law under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.

It took South Carolina several million dollars in attorney fees to win a federal court case to gain approval -- fees the state cannot recover.

I have never believed Hillary will be indicted, even though the case appears fairly easy to make. As I told the Kelly File last night, I suspect a county district attorney could win the case. For a swarm of seasoned assistant United States attorneys? It seems like a slam dunk.

But that’s not what matters in the age of Obama. An indictment of Hillary would likely increase her popularity with Democrats. It’s Ken Starr all over again. Remember, Bill Clinton became more popular when he was under legal attack.

This saga involves two American values which perhaps are irreconcilable in this mess. Criminal proceedings should not alter election outcomes. The Justice Department has long had such a policy, where proceedings are delayed until afteran election -- that’s so America doesn’t come to resemble a third world nation that criminalizes politics.

At the same time, the American ideal says nobody is above the law -- even Hillary.

That’s what separates the Anglo-America legal experience from every other legal culture in world history.

This is a marriage of a Clinton-style carnival ride in an age of Obama-style lawlessness. The stars of “ no controlling legal authority” are behaving badly in an age of “ punishing your enemies and rewarding your friends .”

That it is no longer about a dalliance with a White House intern and instead involves national security makes the gangsterism all the more frightening.

Oh, a follow up to my last post.

A person that was with Hillary on Epstein’s island and personally saw what Hillary was doing is not in hiding. They have had death threats and have also been interviewed - wait for it -— by the FBI.

I think we might be missing the big point.
Bill thought he needed to talk to her.
If the Obama administration is as accommodating as we believe, then this should not be necessary.

Well, it’s either a message from Bill and Hill or a message to Bill and Hill.

A dalliance with a White House intern is also a national security concern.

FBI knows full well that dalliance - and nonchalance about law - can lead to blackmail and hack-mail.

Clinton and Lynch are, in effect, saying “We can do anything we want, and no one will do anything about it.”

Why would they think otherwise? They've been getting away with it their whole lives. Bill, especially, thinks he's got a free pass since the Senate totally turtled in Monica-gate.

Conventional wisdom is that Bill’s wife is NOT a person of interest in violations of failing to take care of Federal records or National Security breaches, and she will NOT have her case referred from Comey (FBI) to Lynch (AG-DoJ). If this is the conventional wisdom of Hillary supporters and the media (sorry for being redundant), then why can’t two good friends have a chat on the tarmac about their grandkids, right? “What difference, at this point, does it make?” Bill must have been dripping wet with sweat if he just did a round of golf in 114 degree weather, but that’s none of our business.

Old News: When Bill Clinton was first elected as president, a few days after he was sworn in to office he flew to California to meet with one of the Gallo brothers at the Gallo property. I recall reading that it was a private meeting, taking place in the backseat of a limo. I’m sure they discussed wine and golf.

I’m wondering if the FBI has already handed down a criminal referral. Hillary looked all cried out just the other day. Maybe Lynch met the impeached *Bubba to help him make plans to spend the *Crinton Crime Family Foundation loot for the next 120 years while his so-called wife is behind bars? It could happen...

Only for another seven months, then honesty, integrity, and a love for Nation returns.

Loretta was telling Bill to tell Hillary to withdraw from the race for medical reasons. They know Hillary can’t win and want to slip in Joe Biden or Pocahontas.

They can only do this as long as the media covers for them.

Possible...I don’t doubt Comey could recommend charges but I very much doubt Lynch would charge her.

My original comment on the matter. Imagine an episode of Law and Order where a well-connected politician spouse of a high profile defendant in an espionage case privately meets with the district attorney, and it is brushed off to the press as just an exchange of pleasantries. It seems highly improbable that such a scenario wouldn’t be aggressively challenged as legal corruption (even in TV land), but yet here we are.

Whatever was discussed, it was by no means limited to “golf and grandchildren”.

Was Lynch carrying a message from the Current Occupant to the Former Occupant? If so, what? Do they start making moves to get Herself out of the race for “health problems”? Is Slick ready to go along with it? If not, what was Slick’s counteroffer?

Recalling the 1972 George McGovern nomination for president, when he selected Tom Eagleton for his VP candidate. It was only a couple weeks later that Eagleton got kicked off the ticket, and Ed Muskie was sent in as the substitute. It virtually destroyed almost all of the credibility the ticket may have had against Richard Nixon that year. Nixon was overwhelmingly re-elected, despite the cloud his administration was under at the time.

Lynch could have been delivering a message from Obama.......after all, the Obamas are setting up their post-prez affairs based on the Clintons get-rich-quick modus operandi.

Loretta Lynch does NOT have the upper hand, IMO.

The Clintons hold the ultimate “Trump” card (no pun intended).

Not only do they have the “goods” on those who opposed them, but they also threatened to, and have the intestinal fortitude to go “nuclear” and use it to get what they want.

Their previous record with regard to this is what keeps DC in check.

IMO, it was BC who told LL what was going to happen.

bill was in Phoenix to meet loretta, period. They were hoping that they wouldn’t be discovered. We all know that bill health will not allow him to do anything in 100+ degree heat and as for loretta she was checking up on Joe Arpio and checking into the gun used in the Paris terror attack making sure everyone keeps their mouths shut.

If Arpio wanted a little payback he’d start his own investigation into that gun and make a big deal about it in the news.
