All is well here. Way too early for this night owl, but guess it’s time to get back into the work routine!

Hope you and Bo have fun at the lake today...and that he plays with a turtle or two! :) Is one of the lakes still flooded?

No surgery. Just a nasty snow-shoveling accident that did not heal, and then arthritis set in.

Remember...I am the one who hikes volcanoes, rides a Harley, flies antique aircraft, and loves roller coasters.

So how did I hurt myself?

Shoveling snow for my aged mother.

I was too tired (after digging up the yard) to go singing this week, so I just sat home and watched reruns of Law and Order.

All while doing my PT exercises, of course! :-)
