Hiya Kathy!

Glad you woke-up :-)

100ish here today and the A/C is working great!

We have a couple of WWII (B-19 and a P-51) airplanes visiting our fair city and son and I are going to go check them out tomorrow.

I am actually starting to see an improvement in my knee ...less pain upon arising from a sitting position, more strength, balance, and range-of-motion...It’s WORKING! Hallelujah!

We have had to curtail our woodland walks due to poison ivy ((((SHUDDER)))).

Hi again, Kathy - this morning I got to the station and as I pulled in I saw a dozen or so DHS and Maryland ATF Police standing directly in front of my space. They boarded the train and spread out into the vestibules of each coach. They rode all the way into Washington with us.

Last evening we were hit with a line of strong thunderstorms - trees down in my neighborhood. I don't think it was a tornado, but from the damage I saw it must have been at least a microburst.

Hai Hugs2 You 1 zps9409c58b

I was offered the job of being a skydive pilot (part time) - I get $20 per flight and on a good weekend I'll be up twelve hours a day so figuring around almost $80/hr it's not too bad. As for other flights, nothing in the wind right now.
