PHOENIX - Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.
The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.
Former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area and arrived to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.
Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.
Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing.
ABC15 asked Lynch about the meeting during her news conference at the Phoenix Police Department.
"I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and spoke to myself and my husband on the plane," said Lynch.
The private meeting comes as Lynch's office is in charge of the ongoing investigation and potential charges involving Clinton's email server.
The private meeting also occurred hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving Hillary Clinton and President Obama's administration.
Lynch said the private meeting on the tarmac did not involve these topics.
"Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix," said Lynch Tuesday afternoon while speaking at the Phoenix Police Department.

Aren’t there laws against private meetings between parties involved in a government investigation? or private meetings between our countries head prosecutor and a defendant?
This is a complete mockery of the rule of law. Why isn’t the RNC hitting this hard? Trump shouldn’t have to do everything. This (ignoring rule of law) has permeated all levels of government, not just national.

“Billionaire perv Jeffrey Epstein will have to answer questions under oath from one of his alleged victims, a federal judge ruled Friday.
Lawyers for Epstein, 63, had sought to quash the subpoena Virginia Giuffre’s lawyers had served on him to testify for her lawsuit against socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.
Giuffre, 36, says Maxwell coerced her into becoming a “sex slave” for Epstein, and sued her for defamation last year after Maxwell denied the claims.
Epstein’s lawyers contended he shouldn’t be forced to testify in the case because he would just take the Fifth anyway, but Judge Robert Sweet wasn’t moved by his arguments, and denied the motion to quash.
Giuffre says she was a 15-year-old working a $9 an hour job in Palm Beach, Fla., when she was “recruited” by Maxwell in 1999....”

And, of course, it had to be aboard Clinton’s plane so that nobody could bug the conversation.

Is she not supposed to talk to Clinton while the Hildabeast is under investigation by the FBI and the DOJ. Sounds like the nations top cop broke the law and she be encouraged to resign immediately. remember Roberto Gonzales he did something and lo and behold the liberals wanted his head on a platter>

Under no circumstances is that ethical or proper in any way. Someone prominent needs to call for her resignation...it won't happen, of course, but it could serve to draw attention to this matter and get it into the news.
