Cameron needs to step down immediately to be replaced by either Boris or Farage. And the new PM needs to immediately invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty and get the clock ticking.
I suspect the UK is less concerned about migrants from other members of the EU. Culturally, they are very similar to the British. (although maybe not the French. 😃)
But, if the EU says they have to take "refugees" from the Middle East as well, the UK will probably tell them to go pound sand.
