When does she get indicted in whacko Oregon?
Apparently the intruder was alone in the house when the mother and kids walked in. The house had been vacant a while before she moved in, with squatters being a nuisance.
This may be a case of simple trespassing or a cracked-out derelict going into a (unlocked?) dwelling looking to crash.
Is that a justified homicide? We’ll see I guess.
