Lynn-Dah made a LOT of friends at camp, but at home, she is “on patrol”!
There is but one thing left on the list, but it involves a licensed electrician.

There are so many "forgotten" heroes
of all our wars.
Making a quick stop to say hello to all.
Been out for a walk, and
then took Eada out for a short exercise/training.
Arms are sore after that. LOL
Had a good weekend.
Spent Sunday with the kids and some of the grandkids.
Today, I'm going to do a little yard work, and a little housework.
I think we'll get rain tomorrow.
But, now I need to get busy.
Please stay right where you are.
Chat up the military or a family member.
No need to fret...you know I'll be back!

It was really nice, and it’s still very cloudy and sort of misting. Best kind of rain!
Hubby mowed the lawn late last week and will probably have to do it again in a few days. The rain is really making everything so pretty and fresh!

Hi Du, I have not been outside, however people do tell me it is hot.
I am on the ground floor and have a huge viewing window, it is pleasant.
Been one thing after the other with my legs, having to have them wrapped..it is helping to being the swelling down.
I remember that nice stream just before the little patch of woods... ducks were around the stream then. Always a nice feeling of cool air from the stream.

Bummer you’re still having so much trouble with your legs. I’d hoped there’d been some improvement by now.
Nice that they have a large window to enjoy the view through. Better to stay in the cool than get out in the heat any way. That’s what I’ve been doing. LOL
Do they have a courtyard or some such that y’all can spend time in when the weather’s decent? They have one where Aunt Clara is and it’s really nice. Just been too hot lately for any of them to go outside though.
I used to be as well, but NEVER those things. We are smart. LOL!

This is so true. Gosh, I'm left wondering how anything got done before! It doesn't help when I'm doing most of it by myself. Going to start interviewing handyman companies. If they are good and reasonable, they will get the added benefit of helping my parents as well.
How's the reno going on the office space? How's your mom? Are you getting any kind of break for yourself? Don't forget caregiver rules. LOL
