After viewing the footage, I am not sure at all the Sac Bee is telling this the way it might be!
It is possible there was a Neo-Nazi thing going on, but I did not actually see it in any footage.
What I did see were individuals who had certainly been injured being escorted by police to a safer location.
It is also very clear there was a much larger and vocal crowd of communists, gays, and anarchist doing what they do best. Vulgarity and Violence!
Even more notable might be what was posted by Allen Wests site about the Traditionalist Worker Party:
