i am most definitely not brainwashed by anybody. i’ve been conservative and interested in politics since about 1977, when i was 9 years old. i had an elementary school teacher who was a huge democRAT and she made the whole class watch Carter’s inauguration. i refused and turned my back to the TV.

I'm not at the point where I can feel any sympathy for skin-heads, but apparently the violence was one-sided and came from "counter-protesters" - i.e. left-wing fascists determined to violently disrupt public gatherings of any political group they don't agree with. Both sides are contemptible as far as I'm concerned.

Dumb, too - must be 100 degrees in most of Northern California today and these people can't find anything better to do.
