A Virginia delegate to the Republican National Convention filed a class action lawsuit in federal court Friday challenging a state law that binds delegates to support the primary winner at the nominating convention.
The outcome of the lawsuit could have significant implications for Donald Trump's nomination, as it will be a test case of a key argument being pushed by some Trump opponents who want to see him stopped at a contested convention.

I sure hope Trump is prepared for the massive voter fraud that will take place in this election. Between Hillary and Obama, the are the best at voter fraud.
Anyone remember the one Obama election, I think the last one in Philly where DEM leaders at precincts locked the doors for over an hour and wouldn’t let the Repubs in to check the voting machines prior to voting? Police were called and then the Dems unlocked the doors.

If they spent even a tenth of the effort trying to vet Obama, we would be a lot better off.
Cruz needs to step up and tell his current and former supporters, his stealth delegates, even his legit delegates to stand down. Cruz LOST, Trump WON. It is over and all of these games are undermining Trump and the Republican Party. The respective start parties need to clean up their delegations, the RNC needs to unseat them if they do not.
I think delegates to the electoral college should also be allowed to vote their conscience. I mean fair for once fair for all.
That will never happen, Cruz is one of the leaders of the #NeverTrump movement. Cruz wants Hillary to win.

Based on my long-ago skills in reading the character/probable success of student pilots, I’d have to peg this individual as either:
a) A lawyer, most likely personal injury
b) A failed personal injury lawyer turned professional political advisor and wannabe office holder.
c) Federal Employee, most likely OSHA, EPA or HHS.
I’d gratuitously throw in Used Car Salesman, but this bird doesn’t look to me to have even the appearance of integrity sufficient to fool enough people out of money enough to pay for the buttons on that suitcoat he’s wearing.
Naval Air summary: I not only WOULD NOT FLY with this individual, I would check the schedule and flee the area of any cases where he was in command of sharp-pointy scissors.
