Editor’s Comment: The fact that armed IRS agents, along with those of other departments and agencies, now outnumber the ranks of Marines would be absurd if it weren’t so dangerous.
The founding fathers complained of the abuses under King George III, writing in the Declaration of Independence: “He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.”
Despite hard-fought attempts to keep these forces at bay, it seems we are back to that point – and perhaps well beyond. Today, the IRS represents just one cadre of what has become a bureaucratic army. The age of independence and liberty is waning, and withering on the vine under burdensome taxes, regulations and what often seems like unlimited and unchecked government power, especially at the federal level. Something is clearly very wrong.

Did you know? It’s apparently official that there are now more armed bureaucrats in federal agencies in this country than there are armed U.S. Marines? That’s not being cheeky, that’s actually how it is in modern America, the Police State.
On top of that, according to Washington Free Beacon:
The IRS spent nearly $11 million on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment for its 2,316 special agents. The tax collecting agency has billed taxpayers for pump-action and semi-automatic shotguns, semi-automatic Smith & Wesson M&P15s, and Heckler & Koch H&K 416 rifles, which can be loaded with 30-round magazines.

This is why the solution to enforcing the border is a fee to enter the country. DC denizens may not care one jot about sovereignty but they do care about collecting taxes and chasing after tax dodgers.

doesn’t anyone remember Obama’s promise to form a parallel security force , to rival the traditional Armed Forces ? He was quite explicit and folks just blew it off.
It is amazing to me that members of our Armed Forces continue to tolerate , protest or transport this guy . Are their Oaths really worth supporting such a man ? At what point does treason outweigh oaths ?
Frankly ....shame on them ; I see them as far far weaker than I ever wished to even think about . I am waiting for the true warriors to reappear , and completely replace all the pantywaists we now have in uniform

The Library of Congress has a SWAT team.
The Department of Education has a SWAT team.
Private citizens with guns are cast as would-be terrorists, just as all the King’s horses and men get armed-up to the TEETH.

That’s a scary number. And there’s a reason for it, which we will find out if Trump doesn’t win.
I’m about as far from a tactician as there is, but when they come, it will be with heavy arms and vehicles and large numbers to overwhelm.
It will be scary, but I trust you guys down south and in the heartland know how to handle this stuff.
I’m in my car and headed south if push comes to shove.
Carrying an AR is not the same as carrying an AR and knowing how to employ it
I've got an M-1 carbine with several very high capacity magazines that I'll prefer until I can afford a cool looking AR-15 "assault rifle"........
