Here is what President Barack Obama should have said last Thursday at the Orlando memorial for 49 Americans killed by Omar Mateen, the U.S.-born radicalized Islamist terrorist:

"Four days ago this community was shaken by an evil and hateful act.

"So today I have ordered an all-out, comprehensive bombing attack on ISIS headquarters in Raqqa.

"While I am mindful that I cannot bring back the loved ones taken from us by this murderous act in Orlando, I am determined to send the terrorists of ISIS a clear message. That message is this: You will pay for what you did. We will find you, and we will destroy you.
