The referendum is non-binding. The legislators will delay revising the legislation, which runs some 100,000 pages. Minimum time to implement exit was estimated to be two years.
There will be a revote until the people vote to stay in, at which point the issue will be finally decided.
The point of the vote was not to decide the issue, it was to give dissatisfied people a way to vent their anger.
I am afraid my kin from there are so GD socialist, they will do anything to get out of the UK.
Been over there many times and they still hold a grudge over the 45. They will always hold a grudge.
Go figure. They will support and fight like hell for the Queen, yet absolutely do not like the English very much.
I told the folks south of the border to simply let them go if they want. And if they do, make it clear they aint ever gonna get back into the UK.
This is only the first of many shoes. Trump will be one of them, but more countries will leave the EU. The pendulum of the trend towards integration and socialism just stopped and started to turn back towards decentralization and capitalism.
When we look back at history, 1900 wasn't the beginning of the twentieth century. The twentieth century started around 1914 with WWI. The twenty-first century, technologically, started with the iPhone, Google, and now is really getting going with reusable rockets. But politically and economically, the twenty first century starts tonight with Brexit.
From now on Hillary and Obama are on the wrong side of history.
They are awaiting Cameron to come out and speak. Fox is waiting to bring his reaction. It is about 5:11 AM in London now.
I fear they will tank the market and blame Trump.
