No - and he shouldn’t. I’m not happy about it, but he was elected. And this whole thing is about Britons making decisions for Britons - and that means Londoners get to make decisions for London.

A Brexit win does not necessarily mean a Brexit.
The vote is not binding. That is Cameron can ignore the results and put a vote to the MP’s.
I grew up listening to Emerson Lake and Palmer and Jerusalem is one of their best.

Actually their lot will be harder after this. Problem is though that Brussels has lost their way (if they ever had it).
I expect Cold War 2.0 out of this with Brussels making things immeasurably worse by trying to punish the UK instead of getting their heads out of their rears and dealing with the situation realistically.
True. But if Parliament ignores the results of the vote, I would respectfully ask that Her Majesty prorogue Parliament and call for new elections.
Theoretically yes - but it would trigger a massive Constitutional crisis, and the Queen would intervene. It’s very rare that she would use the reserve powers but if the British government fails to respect a referendum decision, she will.
I’ve gone through all this yesterday as well. I know the British constitution pretty well and the idea that the vote wasn’t binding was really just another attempt by people to derail this leave vote by convincing people it didn’t matter.

If they were even split 50/50 it wouldn’t be close.
And in that situation, she would invoke her reserve powers and do so. First of all, she would warn the Prime Minister. Then she would appoint a new one of her own choosing to put in place the necessary legislation, and then there would be an immediate general election (the last two steps could be in the opposite order but she would act).
