The Baltimore police officer facing the most serious charges in the death of Freddie Gray was found not guilty of second-degree murder Thursday, WBAL reports. Officer Caesar Goodson was also charged with manslaughter, assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office after Gray's death.

After seeing Mosby’s speech on this matter, it wasn’t to get justice for Gray, if there was any to be established by the facts. She was on a witch hunt and she was going to “make her bones” politically on the backs of these cops, now being proven innocent. I too have no sympathy whatsoever for her & she should be sued into oblivion by the cops whose lives she’s ruined.

Of all the cases, this was supposed to be the strongest because it appeared there was more of a direct relationship between the ride in the van & the injury to Gray. Since the driver wasn’t found guilty of a ‘rough ride’, then not strapping Gray into a seat belt should not have made a difference & certainly does nothing to prove the cause of the injury that resulted in death. Those remaining should be feeling better about their chances of being acquitted .... the bench trial with a judge seems to be the way to get “justice” for those accused rather than leaving it in the hands of a jury. The prosecution shot themselves in the foot by withholding evidence (the judge found out about that & was pissed) & with the testimony of the witness who was to back up the claim of a rough ride collapsing on the stand, there was more than reasonable doubt.
Our society has learned something from the LA riots and the OJ kangaroo court -- after everything simmers down, crush the criminal element with due process and actual justice, instead of its opposites ("social justice" "economic justice" etc). This is at least the second cop who eschewed jury trial and went with a bench trial -- and second acquittal. Mosby is going to be sued for malicious prosecution by the officers.

It worked... the liberal liars - the black lives matter paid shills - were all WRONG... The police drove the guy to the station and stayed within speed limits and within the lines of the streets. ONE MORE ESTABLISHED LIE FROM THE LEFT..
