Members of the House Republican Conference are furious at Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R.-Wis.) after they were forced to sidelines for more than nine hours while House Democrats staged a college-style sit-in in the House chamber to demand restrictions on gun rights. “Ryan was so weak, he just let them take over,” a Capitol Hill source told Breitbart News.

How many people sat in front of their boob tubes in disgust as occupy wall street was taking place? How many listened to dem leadership hail the occupyers ad heroes? How many saw the debris field left in the wake of OWS and decried it as an overall disconnect with civility, decency, and moral sensibilities? How may boob-tubers look at this misdirected activism on the floor within the halls of government as nothing more than an absurd catered protest. May their rheumatic bones ache them mightily as this farcical stunt continues!

Back when Ryan was a VP candidate I thought he really had a handle on the countries economics and was excited at the prospect of his apparent expertise in setting us straight.
I can’t express my disappointment in him. What a loser.
I have lost all respect of him. He gets pushed around even worse than Boehner.
We really need Trump to show the repubs how to govern and handle the dims.

All he had to do is make one phone to the capitol police and tell them to clear the House floor immediately, He did nothing, he just stood by as the Obama/Tyrant Brown Shirt Democrats tsome nerve toook the House away from him.

The GOP House Caucus should force him to step down as their Majority House Speaker, and replace him immedtiately with Jeb Henslarling of Texas to become the new “effective” “Speaker-of-the-House”!!! The Democrats are very good at establishing the language used to control the debate. Have you noticed how, more and more, they are calling it “Gun Safety” and not “Gun Control”? Too many of the American people have figured out it’s not about “guns”, it’s about “control.” They did the same thing with “Global Warming.” After a few harsh winters of heavy snowfall, people got tired of digging out from all the Global Warming that fell every week, so the libs started using the term “Climate Change” instead.
The Dems made him look like the weakling he really is.

CNN is presenting a most misleading impression of their own poll, saying 90% of Republicans and 85% of DEMs favor a law that prohibits people on no-fly list from possessing firearms. That's one line in a breakout, and contradicts other Q&A in the same poll. CNN is not showing the poll, because they can't explain the internal disconnect, where 42% oppose stronger gun laws.
Ryan did NOT CAVE, Ryan dupports their goals totally.
I think it would be the Sergeant of Arms (Paul Irving) is responsible for maintaining order in the House. He obviously failed to do his job. Surely Paul Ryan called him up and chewed him out for not doing it.
