I’ve found a link, (and there will likely be others) that has a countdown timer displaying 19 hours and 6 minutes, until the speech at 10AM... which is leading me to believe that the 10AM time frame, is a local time somewhere in the USA.

I shall now gracefully bow out of this assignment until further research is conducted from my perspective, in order to confirm the local Scotland time, that is the actual start time for DJT’s speech, and how that correlates to my time zone, and therefore, your time zone.

Loved the Trump skit, on Fallon’s show, last night.
At first, when the young man stepped out in his Trump attire, he somewhat resembled handsome Barron Trump!! Talk about a mini-me for Donald Trump!!
When he came out (to sit on the couch, as a guest) he looked nothing like Barron. Cute kid, but looks nothing like Barron.
This kid was hilarious, doing impersonations of Trump, Hellary, Bernie and cRuz.
