The FBI has released a partial transcript of the exchange between Islamic terrorist Omar Mateen and local law enforcement authorities during his attack on Pulse Nightclub in Orlando. Not only did the Department of Justice, under direction from the White House no doubt, censor Mateen's repeated pledges to the Islamic State, but they printed words he said in Arabic in English, changing "Allah" to "God."

This goes way beyond PC. It’s tampering with evidence, prosecutors withholding evidence, all kinds of ethical violations for our top law enforcement agent. Since the perp was killed during the attack, there will be no trial, so the normal discovery may well not hold. However, it would seem the DOJ has an obligation to the American people to be truthful, wholly truthful and nothing but truthful, and not to edit/redact/re-write the transcripts.

If the DOJ took all the copies of the 911 calls then that means we’re probably not going to ever hear the actual calls. In a few months, most likely after the election, Lynch will announce that the 911 calls have accidentally been destroyed. The only hope is to get them released now, otherwise they’ll disappear just like the IRS hard drives.
