Ryan confused by great immigration debate

Threat to sue Trump over Muslim ban not supported by law or history

WASHINGTON – It takes a list to count all the ways House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., seems to misunderstand the hottest immigration debate in the country.

As WND is reporting, Ryan said, “I would sue any president that exceeds his or her powers,” when discussing with the left-leaning Huffington Post what the website described as GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s “proposed Muslim ban.”

However:

•The ban would not exceed the president’s authority, by law . •Even Obama has done it.

•The past six presidents have done it.

•Trump is not calling for a ban on Muslims; he is calling for a pause in immigration from areas with a proven history of terrorism.

•A ban on refugees based on their religion would not be illegal, and is specifically authorized in federal law.

Doesn’t exceed authority

Federal law explicitly gives the president the power and authority to ban various classes of immigrants, as the Daily Caller pointed out Thursday.

The paper reported, Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 states: “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

-snip-

Obama has done it

President Obama has used his authority under this statute not once, not twice, but six times.

Instead of making trouble for his party's presidential nominee, this boob needs to attack those sitting across the aisle from him. But no, that would be party politics.

Nehen will hopefully tank Ryan's ass!

Obama has sent 49 Syrian refugees to Florida since the attack Sunday ..a slap to the face of governor Rick Scott and the Florida people.

Ryan's our Loyalty is to the Super Bankers on Wall Street and on the London Stock Exchange that are Intent to INSTALL One World Government and by shooting off his fat mouth reveals Everything complicit he is in gutting the nation.

Amazing how Trump leaves people politically naked. Ryan is totally exposed, not a leg to stand on.

Senate and House republicans would rather lose the majority in their respective houses then support Trump. I wonder if it’s the same for the GOP majority Governorships?

What Ryan and almost all the other bedwetters don’t understand, is that no one has the constitutional right to come to the US for any reason.

I ain’t the Speaker of the House, but I am pretty sure the Constitutional form of “suing” available to him is “impeachment”. Ryan and his predecessor have failed to locate that tool in their toolbox for almost eight years. Now he talks of suing Trump? These GOPe types really are struggling here. There is about to be a massive paradigm shift no matter who wins in November. Tectonic plate type shift and these feeble intellects are still quibbling with where to place boundary markers for small lots in a sub development. It is as comic as Keystone Cops with grand pianos and fire trucks. It really is.

I have yet to see a discernable difference between Paul Ryan and Nancy Pelosi as Speakers of the House, other than their respective genders.

The answers: No, no, and no.

The solution: Vote Trump. Vote Nehlen.

Spot on. Immigration to America is a privilege, not a right. The same holds true for non-immigrant visas.

"Senate and House republicans would rather lose the majority in their respective houses then support Trump."

The lemming is strong in all of them. Witness when Bobo forced the Blue Dog Democrats to drink the Bobocare Kool-Aid. One mid-term later, 26 gone, and a GOP House.

My wife is an immigrant. When she came to the US in 1969, she was told that coming to America was a privilege, not a right, and if she wanted to work and be a productive citizen she was welcome, but if she went on welfare, or committed a crime, or in any way became a burden on society, she would be immediately deported.

Has a Speaker of the House ever come against his parties presidential nominee? I believe this is unprecedented. Despicable.

American historian WILLIAM FEDERER explains how Muslims overtake cultures...

ISLAM: to submit
MUSLIMS: have submitted.

Muslim 3-Step Program:
* Religious - Immigrate to a country.
* Political - Increase in number.
* Militant - Eliminate those who oppose them.
Every Congressman and Senator should listen to this short discussion by American Historian by WILLIAM FEDERER on Islam.

During the Q & A a student asked why legislators are so weak when it comes to condemning Islamic aggression.
FEDERER responded, “3 Things.”

1. They are ignorant about the history of Islam.
2. They are afraid of Islam aggression.
3. They are on the take.

“I have yet to see a discernable difference between Paul Ryan and Nancy Pelosi as Speakers of the House, other than their respective genders.”

I beg to differ in that it is only the fact that one can grow a dark beard and the other can’t. It has more to do with genetics, not gender, if you know what I mean. Does the definition of eunuchoid come to mind for master (lower case intentional) Ryan?
