A neighbor’s surveillance camera captured an Arizona woman driving straight into her bicycle-riding boyfriend, a collision that seriously injured the victim and resulted in the woman’s arrest for attempted murder.
Seen above, the video shows Misty Lee Wilke, 44, slamming into the victim on a Phoenix street. The impact sends the man over the hood of Wilke’s 2012 Ford Mustang.

Investigators allege that Wilke targeted the victim after learning that he was HIV positive. The April 29 incident left the man with head trauma and a fractured vertebrae.
Wilke, seen at right, told police that she had “recently become involved in a sexual relationship” with the victim, adding that the couple argued after she learned of the man’s HIV status. “He was laughing at her and Misty admitted to pushing the victim,” according to a probable cause statement.
Wilke, who has been jailed since her arrest, was indicted last month for attempted murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. As part of the police investigation, cops last month executed a search warrant on Wilke’s vehicle.

There are states where knowingly having unprotected sex without letting them know you are HIV positive is a type of attempted murder charge, manslaughter if you give them the virus.
Then it is another case of bisexual and transgender trumping women’s rights.
He risked her life by having sex with a fatal disease.
The Mustangs with fully automatic transmissions are truly "assault" weapons. This case prove it beyond shadow of a doubt.

Those people can and will be given the necessary permits to posses Mustangs. They have the need to be protected with Automatic Assault Mustangs, and/or posses Semi- Automatic Mustangs for their own personal use and self-protection.
YOU do not have any legitimate need for possession of Fully Automatic Assault Mustangs, or even Semi-Automatic not quite-so assualt-y Mustangs, nor could ever prove it to us (your betters) for we simply will not allow it.

And also a GPS tracking so she can see when he is on a straightaway...

I don’t condone violence, but...I don’t see how any jury composed of normal people could convict her. At the very least, I would think there could be some kind of insanity defense.
He knew in advance, and he laughed at her when he told her...what a scummy, scummy, low-down, SOB. I don’t care if she might be a meth user or if she is homely, or whatever...that, to me, is reasonable grounds for violence, if there are ever any.
