Laz are you moonlighting as a Journalist?
The Name boss! The Name!
“The recoil bruised my shoulder. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions loud like a bomb gave me a temporary case of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.”
Time to take a Midol and change your tampon.
My favorite talk show just played audio of the guy. They’re laughing their guts out!
I’ve got a Ruger .45 Blackhawk that shoots Colt and I had some hot defense loads, and I took to wearing a weightlifting glove to fire it.
Odd as it seems, my little Springfield XDS .45 seems mild. Must be because it’s ACP and a lot is going out the barrel, like a 18.5” shotgun barrel.
This lefttard is a snowflake. 223/5.56 recoil, straight bore axis, it’s nothing. He should be embarrassed. He looks like a flake.
YOU WILL LOVE THIS.
Arab gun shop with indoor test firing range...and all the video clips of their customers who wanted to try the big elephant gun. (Probably for insurance purposes.) The rifle is a 700 Nitro Express.
Relax with a beverage, because you WILL enjoy. Cheers ;)

Dear Mr. KUNTzman:
You’re welcome to try my Mosin-Nagant M44 carbine. It’s a pussycat. Honest.

Yeah, in the movie even `Harry’ (Clint Eastwood) said he used light custom loads.
“The AR-15 and other rifles in .566 have almost NO recoil.”
I have seen the same and done it as well albeit with an AR-15 not a M-16. No damage to me or the weapon. One point of order its .556 not .566
Hehehe! ;)
Oops my bad Its 5.56 not .556
Probably because said guys never replaced the atrocious wooden stocks with Pachmayr rubber stocks ...
That’s not a gun I can spend an entire afternoon shooting.
Even my ‘75 Colt Trooper .357mag 6” MK III requires some serious rest about midway thru a box of 50.
I once had a Siamese Mauser rebarrelled to 45-70. I should have spent a little more and got a new sporter stock too.
The original one had a lot of drop at the heel and a steel butt plate.
I think it was the worst kicking gun I have ever fired.
A Benelli M-1 Super 90, 12 gauge also seemed to enjoy kicking me.
Also an ar15 is not a machine gun.
Facts do not bother journolists anymore.
Often times they get in the way of the narrative the writer wants to go with.
“the AR-15, a style of tactical machine gun “.......
Yep, obviously an idiot.
Just had a muzzle brake put on my .300 Win Mag and it now recoils just like a .243, Amazing what the gun haters have no clue about.
Those are nice grips. But a lot of gunwriters growing a little long in the tooth, J. Taffin and others, are switching to .44 special and smaller calibers regardless of the stocks. Magnum loads are just too stout.
I’ve got a low-end 9mm I use for general home defense. It really kicks hard; harder than any 9mm I’ve used. But I’m quite accurate with it, so it’s on duty when I’m sleeping.
But the manufacturer only recommends certain brands; very limited. Federal is one of them so that’s what I go with.
Also have a brand new Mossberg 12-gauge that I haven’t fired. It was on sale one day when I had cash in my pocket. 25% off and $110 (at least) less than their lowest price. Had resurrected my career (at the wrong place) so the cash jumped out of my pocket and was gone within about 35 seconds of seeing the price, LOL.
It is excellent for 44SPL. That's my preference for shooting centerfire competition. The 686+ using 38SPL with 148 gr DEWC is my first choice for centerfire. I did shoot one match with full 240 gr JHP 44Mag. Not a great final score.
Your fingers must be longer than mine ...
I simply cannot control my S&W 629 with the standard wooden stocks on. It rolls back in my hands and the cylinder release tears up my thumb. One of the old geezers at the range saw me getting frustrated with it, and told me about Pachmayr ... Bless the old man, it was just what I needed. Same pistol, same full strength loads, but easy to control. This was about 25 years ago ...
