jazusame, I wanted to correct one thing. It was a string of two or three emails. There were two large blocks redacted which may have been classified or something else. Those pasted out blocks were in the last email that was published, could always be more at a different time or reference to them.
I don't see in the email exchanges (string) where Hillary SENT any classified. But she did receive the one with the (C). She wasn't supposed to have any classified material on her non-secure server even though it was later encrypted. It didn't even have password protection as to Guccifer. And much more.
Very clever wordplay. Marked classified. I don't think they use that word. They do use unclassified. And they mark the category on them, FOUO, NOFORN (those are special handling type of things, not classified), and Confidential, Secret and Top Secret. I hope that makes sense as i don't like to mislead people.
If it's marked "Classified" it will also have the Classification level marked - the level is the most important part because it denotes the amount of damage that could occur if it got into the wrong hands....
One or two pieces of Confidential may be "insignificant" in the big picture. Thousands of pieces can draw a picture of some very secret and damaging data.
This clearly describe Hillary's activities at the State Dept.

The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to all "U.S. persons" (defined to include individuals and companies located in the United States and their foreign affiliates).
The provisions are intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities of a foreign government's foreign policy.
These persons are subject to the law when their activities relate to the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including the sale of information) within the United States or between the United States and a foreign country.
This covers exports and imports, financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other transactions that may take place wholly offshore.....AND/OR ACROSS THE BORDER.

There are many rules regarding classification and declassification. Normally, the Original Classification Authority is impelled to describe the date that the information is to be declassified on. Yet, H! didn’t even mark the items as classified.

By ‘declassify’, I was thinking of the marking towards the bottom that would say “declassify on xx/xx/xxxx”; it’s usually many many years from the initial creation of the document.
Shrillary left those already-marked docs vulnerable to hacking/exposure/unauthorized release far in advance of their noted declassification dates (!!)
The presence of some docs with portion markings already on them, means either
A) someone else classified them prior to her getting them.
Or
B) she classified them, then let them stay on her PC.
And in both cases A) and B), she is liable.
Extremely liable, for some serious jail time...
And if it’s brought to light that a foreign govt got ahold of them,
and the money trail of the Clinton foundation leads to that govt,
then add espionage to the list of shrillary’s high crimes and misdemeanors.
Not only should she recognize what SHOULD be labeled with one of the levels of classification, as the Sec. State and the top dog in the State Dept. she personally has the ability—and the duty— to assign a classification label on a document.

No evidence Hillary SENT classified? And you think she’d KEPT those on her server? Nope, ‘DELETE KEY’.
This was the first email I actually saw that had anything marked classified in it which is neither here nor there.
Obviously she did keep the SAP ones on her server and probably a lot others including the subject Banda one. How could the State Department process them but then withhold them? She printed the ones she claims were work related out on paper and turned them in to the State Department, I believe two years after she served. She didn't turn in the Blumenthal ones and some Petraeus ones and then lied that she had turned everything over.
I just believe what the IG report and credible media said about other emails being classified and just because she said she didn't receive or send emails marked classified, there were no emails can't quote exactly, I believe that she did receive and send classified whether marked or not, yes, and probably a lot. And she probably deleted some, too. She lies, so I don't believe her on any of it.
