The poll was conducted Sunday through Wednesday -- right as Clinton finally captured enough delegates to secure the Democratic nomination. Trump hit that mark May 26.
Clinton’s edge over Trump is due to a six-point drop in support for him rather than an increase for her. Trump was up by 45-42 percent three weeks ago (May 14-17, 2016). Since then, he lost three points among self-identified Republicans and 11 points among independents.

Judicial Watch is the only thing that has tried to do something about the lack of any justice or law in our country. All other ways and means (congress) has abdicated their responsibility. Yes, they all need to be sent home and term limits instated. But the people will vote for a name they recognize rather than a new person.
Trump has the way and means to fix this... the people HAVE to recognize this! Trump has to take an intelligent stand and talk straight to the people.. show them that he is a responsible individual who cares for their lives and our country. Show them he is who they need to fix this mess. Take it to the people like Reagan did.. tell them and show them who he is and don’t let a day go by without reminding them who hillary and the dem party are.. remind them she cares for NO ONE but herself... and remind them what obama has done... open that can of worms as far as he can open it! obama has gotten by with telling the people he is their savior... let it be widely known he is their destroyer. And tell Fox News to either shape up and man up, or shut up!

I think the media views the Trump University case as one of their most potent weapons against Trump.
And after the dust has settled, I think this judge will have to recuse himself...likely delaying the case.
I think it was a long play, to prevent problems down the road, even if it took away from his campaign today.
he needs to be talking policies..what his will be. not slinging mud or acting like a school yard thug or bully. the name calling diminishes his dignity dreadfully. i think he has better advisors now and that should help.

but he’ll get used to that process quickly, imo.
I don’t know that it’s hurt him much. People are starting to look into the judge. And he’s going to have his own problems.

Donald is playing the long game here. He didn’t just wake up one day and say: I’m going to run for President.
Well okay, maybe he did. But he didn’t do it without a lot of thought and planning. If you go back to interviews he’s done back in the late 80’s, you’ll see he’s been asked about running for president many times.
He didn’t do this on a whim.
He needs to run for president and let his lawyers handle the courtroom drama. The case was already delayed until after the election (thanks Judge !). If there is a recusal it won’t be because of being Mexican. No doubt Clinton will make it part of the campaign but the entire episode is going to be difficult for Trump to talk about even in a rational legal sense from this point forward.

Fleeting, day to day not so important. Let’s see as things settle. Beside, Clinton settling her nomination so tradition suggests she will go up in polls. Let’s see what Trump does next week in his “indictment” of Clinton.

I agree with you on the media, and it is sad to see the people here that will attack a candidate who is clear on who our enemies within are.
Many of the Freepers here who attack Trump and how he runs his campaign are invested in aknesty. Debating them about the minutia makes that clear pretty quickly.

Everyone, let’s calm down here. LS hit the nail on the head. Trump is hovering +/- 3 around the MOE, while Hillary is stuck in the low 40’s. She doesn’t move, which is very bad for her. She’s been on the national scene for 25 years, people hate her and she can’t break out of the low 40’s, mid 40’s in some polls. This is terrible for her.
I do believe she’s ahead in most polls. I played the polls are fake game in 2012 and got burned like the rest of us. But Trump’s hurdles here are lower than Hillary. While Trump is not popular either, people will be more willing to give him a chance than her. This race is bearing a striking resemblance to 1980. Then, both candidates were in the low 40’s right up until the final weekend. Carter never got out of the low 40’s.
They will be coordinating with the Clinton crime family to trash Trump 24/7.
