Typically, this gets reported up the line, and you lose your license to practice or get suspended for a year. It’ll be curious how this plays out.
There are a bunch of bloggers looking into whether this judge is an anchor baby. THAT would be verrrrrrrrrrry interesting!

Yep, that is the correct angle to take on this. Too bad so many in the media are persistent in conflating the issue of prejudicial associations of the judge with this man’s race.
I imagine at this point the judge may be thinking, “!Amigos, no mas!”
Or to the National Association for the Advancement of Gringos (NAAG).
Again, Trump will end up both winning the argument and leading to oppose corruption.

Donald was right. The judge is prejudiced because of his beliefs, as shown by his memberships. It’s not the stupid color of his skin.
Or, how many judges belong to the KKK....THAT would be a national outrage for the media.
What he was born is not a thing he can help. A thing he can help is not allowing himself to be associated with a group that favors one subgroup within society over the rest of society. It’s all well and good for a lawyer to be part of such a group, they are not called upon to be impartial because we have an adversarial system. Judges OTOH must be neutral.

On the other hand, Donald Trump is used to people trying to roll him and , unlike Republicans, Trump is very smart and he knows how to get ahead of the story , defend himself and win.
I don't think there can be much doubt that the Trump University law suit is a Trumped up effort by Hillary Clinton and her supporters to destroy Trump.
Trump no doubt has done some investigating and has solid proof that this is a conspiracy.
So he goes out and makes what looks like a loose cannon comment and lets the Press run with it.
Then he starts shooting them down with facts .

The organization that he belongs to allows anyone to join, afaik.
That is what is considered in the rule: does the organization discriminate in the membership?
That the organization may discriminate in its activities does not seem to be a problem (for this rule).

His mother got citizenship long after he was born... there appears to be no citizenship info available for father. That is the definition of “anchor baby”.
A pattern has already been established. When someone hangs politically incorrect red meat in front of Trump. He unapologetically gobbles it down. People gasp and say bad Trump, BAD! Afterwards people start to admit that Trump was right.
This judge is most likely going to run into some difficulties going forward. First he appointed a law firm that gave Hillary $500,000 for a speech to represent “the plaintiffs” and has ruled for them on every single issue that they have requested. He is acting like an advocate not a judge. This is nothing but a political hit job.
The “judge” already tried to schedule court during the Republican Convention then had to take that back. He inappropriately released info to the press designed to damage Trump then took it back. Who knows what he will do next, but he is now locked into playing the victim card so Trump may have already “won” at some level. Now that people are watching he is going to act a little more like a “judge” and not a partisan hack.

I’m wondering if Trump’s pinning his arguments on the justice’s ethnicity rather than specifically enumerating the several racist oranizations of which he is a member, was merely a clever rope-a-dope, designed to lure the media animals in close enough to THEN dump the heavy stuff on them and show them up for the presstitutes they are?
Recalling how they incessantly ganged up on GWB, with him never making ANY rebuttal; this tactic by Trump may be a way of breaking at least some of them from sucking eggs BEFORE he even is inaugerated POTUS. Just some of my own rumenations.
Even if he is an anchor baby, it will make him a hero in politically-correct society. An example of how anchor babies contribute to our social structure and rise up to great heights. Don’t think his being an anchor baby will be considered a negative by the politically-correct. It will make him a hero with the Hillary crowd.
