Hmmmm. Anybody else notice the sudden decline in Priebus-Bashing around here? Well I did.

Pretty simple formula: PB = RGE / RAP.

PB: "Preibus-Bashing", where a higher number means more bashing.

RGE: "Respecting-The-Will-Of-The-Globalist-Establishment", where a higher number means more cleaving to the establishment.

divided by "Respecting-The-Will-Of-The-American-People" where a higher number means more honoring the citizens.

Come on fellows. A better idea is to punish the pseudo-Conservative saboteurs in ways that emphasize traditional American values in the context of actually undoing the social damage that the Left has done to America, while those pseudo-Conservatives managed to deflect attention to phony issues that did not cut to the quick.

Didn't Kristol ghost write some of "W's" most confused speeches? Or am I confusing him with another self-promoting poseur?

It is always best to try for two birds with one stone. That leads to punishing the bad guys in ways that educate those potentially on our side. That means exposing the errors in reasoning, rather than just attributing bad motives.

Sorry, I do NOT believe that Kristol and Goldberg are (at least any longer, if they ever did) acting out of faulty reasoning.

This is increasingly being shown as turf protection and ensuring their access to elite status. Many others, like Paul Kengor, Guy Benson, Jim Geraghty I think were (and are) wrong for so long that they absolutely cannot walk this stuff back now. Well, that’s not an error in judgment. That’s sin, as the Bible calls it.

Yes, this is it for sure. We have our Trump so we are laying off Priebus. Actually I think that is fair. He may not be on our side exactly but he has faked it pretty well.

Wheelchairs, suits and ties and all the accoutrements of sympathy and endearment.

if you’re referring to Charles Krauthammer, be advised he suffered massive head trauma in an accident, which is unlikely to have occurred because he was simply seeking sympathy or endearment...

Should we bash someone when they’re doing or saying the right thing, just to be an ass? That’s the Cruz way and it’s a loser.

In the “lead, follow, or get out of the way” decision tree, it seems as though Priebus has chosen the “follow” and/or “get out of the way” branches of that tree. As befits the GOP chariman looking at his party’s presumptive nominee...

And I would guess most of the people here are OK with that.

Divorce yourself from his particular past circumstances and put them out of your mind. What has he done? What is he doing? What on earth does he have in common with drive by America. I don’t give a flying flip-doodle about the trauma he endured diving into a pool.... He certainly has enough resources around him to ameliorate the debilities of it. NONE of them have a connection with what we out here in real America face every day.

except you clearly implied he is in a wheelchair for the purpose of soliciting sympathy and endearment...

obviously false premises don’t make talking points any stronger...

Nevertheless, Krauthammer is a nasty piece of work who regularly looks down his Neo-Con nose with disdain at the conservative base of the Republican Party and blue-collar Americans everywhere.

Wheelchairs, suits and ties and all the accoutrements of sympathy and endearment.

How exactly does the mere mention of this particular case imply I meant the infirmity was intended on his part?

You infer too much from my comment. Perhaps because of a predisposed predilection for this man or his particular brand of subterfuge?

“Bill Kristallnacht would burn down the conservative movement to preserve his little pi$$ing rights.”

Why wouldn’t he? Neoconservatism is really a branch of marxism anyway. Viva Trotsky!

I think that you may be right about Goldberg. But the Kristols march to a different drummer—at least that is how I see them. It was helpful bringing the ex-Trotskyites into the fight to contain Soviet Communism, before Reagan broke the back of Soviet Communism. But they should never have been allowed to pretend they were actually Conservative. The problem is deeper than merely ideological in a Left/Right confrontation. The Marxist Left has no moral compass—anything, any deception, is simply an acceptable tactic.

Bill Kristallnacht because he wants to burn down the conservative movement and elect Hillary who will destroy Israel.

Had to shorten this for my tagline.

Excellent!

Kristol has just proven what I’ve known for a while about these pundits, blowhards and Sunday TV warriors for ‘conservativism’.

They fear for their livelihoods. Their cloistered, pampered pavilions of prestige in being the “sane voices of conservatism” out there in media. The bastions of freedom and truthspeakers they’d have us believe.

They get rich in the process. A column here or there. Multiple Sunday appearances for those of us still unaware of what they really are. Their little blogs, or their “National Rags”, buttressed by their “Standards” and puffed up ideals.

Not one effing calloused hand among them. Not one bead of sweat on their pampered brows, not one pit-stained shirt. Bow ties and quirks aplenty. Wheelchairs, suits and ties and all the accoutrements of sympathy and endearment.

Traitors. Every fr@cking one of them.
