Trump slams ‘spoiler’ bid after Kristol says independent candidate to run
Published May 30, 2016 FoxNews.com

Donald Trump took to Twitter Sunday night to slam fresh predictions from Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol that an independent candidate would soon be entering the race for president, warning that a 2016 “spoiler” could swing the race to the Democrats.

Kristol, along with other conservative pundits, long has been working to attract an independent candidate to run in November amid lingering concerns in some wings of the Republican Party about Trump’s conservative credentials. This effort to date has struggled to recruit a willing candidate, while running into logistical hurdles — including the rules and deadlines for getting new names on the ballot.

Yet on Sunday, Kristol teased a forthcoming announcement, saying on Twitter:

In 2012 during our training for the election our clerk explained that we had new voting machines. The State SoS had decertified the previous one.
He gave a 200 + page report. We knew at that time VA OH and two others ( all purple states) were still using the decertified machine. We even knew in which counties. Watched Romney loose late in each of those states

Recently someone posted a video of the same machine demonstrating how the counter changed the vote.
I had seen our staff doing the same test in the primary.

Point is. VOTER FRAUD needs to be exposed and wiped out !

As for Arizona, I didn’t think it would be close in 08 or 12 (it wasn’t) and won’t be close in 16.

Consider with the large number of Libertarian leaning voters in AZ, Gary Johnson could pull votes away from Hillary.

“And yet there was another thread where the Trump campaign said they were running low on cash.”

That’s called “rope-a-dope!” Do you really think that Trump doesn’t know how/where he’s going to get the needed funds? He’s effing with Hillary’s head, and the heads of her campaign staff. Trump will keep all of them off balance until the election is over and he’s won!

money invested in states like New York and California where he has very little chance of winning is money he won’t have for states like Florida, Virginia, and Ohio

$54 million, that's what Trump spent to win the Republican nomination.

Jeb Bush: 162 million
Ted Cruz: 155 million
Marco Rubio: 124 million
Ben Carson: 76 million

It goes on and on. A total of $731 million was raised to promote someone other than Trump. He spent just 7.39 percent of the money by the Republican field and won the nomination.

That's a pretty incredible statistic. 1 out of every 13 dollars spent, and we're talking some pretty significant mailings and ad buys against him.

Can he do the same thing in the general? Dominate news cycles over and over again, especially in 'easy win' states for Democrats? I think he can, and likely force his opponents to spent vast amounts of resources simply holding what should have been a walk to begin with.

Oh, and one more thing: That $54 million, contemplate how much of it was spent on massive venues and the security that went with them for his rallies. Likely $20 million of that was spent on rallies.

Trump is not running a conventional campaign. With a day's notice, he filled a venue to capacity with thousands turned away at the door in California. And of course, Democrat operatives outside kept that rally in the news cycle for days as stations reported on the violence (and the rally.)

Do I think California will flip? No. But if I was a politician in California, I'd have burned down the phone lines calling Trump and fully got behind his campaign. Those are likely to be some very long coattails come election day.

I believe he said he would self fund the primary campaign. I don’t believe he said he would fund the General Campaign himself. This may be how the GOP gives the election to Hillary, who they are now rooting for. I have a lot of money to give to Trump, but certainly not to the RNC or Paul Ryan.

If I’m Trump, I wouldn’t waste time in California. I’ll do some events in New York City, only because it is my home there anyway

*Note the map is Fox News’ interpretation of what 15 states they believe Trump may have in mind and has not been confirmed as the 15 states Trump is referring to.
**********************************************************

This is the Trump we all know and love, you just never know what, how or why he does what he does, to us, we just sit and wait, to Trump he knows exactly what he is doing...

Gotta love that Man!!! GO TRUMP!!!

Brilliant may be overstating it. Here is a link of recent voter registration trends by state.

Don’t take too much stock in released strategy plans from the Trump administration and / or cash positions.

Most of California campaigning is through proxy in other states. If he overwhelms Hillary in the Rust belt, then he’ll close in the polls in California.

If he starts overwhelming Hillary on the whole eastern seaboard, he’ll win California with just a few maintenance trips.

While I find the thought of a CA win truly pleasing, I believe it fanciful.

There's just too many public employees, Mexicans, committed commies etc. for that to happen.

Unless: He can turn the "moderate commies" in the white suburbs of SD, LA and the Bay Area.

Both Free Trade and H-1B are good wedge issues for that crew...along with an end to foreign adventures where there is no core US interest.

“Trump may not win CA but by investing his time and money there, he is rallying a demoralized Republican Party in the state.”

Even more importantly, seriously campaigning in CA and those other 14 states forces Crooked Hillary to spread limited resources much thinner than she expected. In particular, her most limited resource is her own limited personal energy.

Now no other Republican — they wouldn’t even go to dinner in California.

Well, they might, but strictly for fund-raising.

“Correct me if I’m wrong but money invested in states like New York and California where he has very little chance of winning is money he won’t have for states like Florida, Virginia, and Ohio where his chances are much better?”

Who says he ACTUALLY has to spend that much money? He just needs to APPEAR to be doing it.

When he was on the outs with Eisenhower, General George S. Patton spent his time prior to the Normandy invasion faking radio traffic and positioning Divisions of paper-mache “tanks” in England across from Calais to make the Germans think that was where the invasion was going to be, thus causing the Germans to position precious resources there to defend against the “invasion”.

Don’t believe it. It must have been disinformation from Kristol & Kompany, meant to demoralize Trump supporters.
