July 29th would be a good day to indict Hillary. The day after Dem party convention.
I hope Trump pounds on Hillary regarding Haiti. 200,000 people die in a tiny country in an earthquake, Bill Clinton is put in charge of relief efforts, and where does the money go? It doesn't seem to have gone to people that needed it. And by some strange magic, Haiti discovers gold, and Hillary's brother wins the contract to operate a gold mine?

I think I had read once that government employees are immune to RICO. The government cannot be considered a crime syndicate as per some carve out in the law.
I’m not a lawyer, and I haven’t read the law (and if I did, I doubt I would know what I’m looking at), but the article I read, and I have no idea where I read it, pretty much laid out the case that congress made damned sure that they could not be charged under RICO even if there was clear collaboration of members of congress. Maybe this does not apply to Sec of State. Someone here will surely know more than me.
Yes...Hillary will be indicted...but not before she is nominated at the convention.

My theory: The FBI will recommend an indictment during the period BEFORE the Dem Convention but after all the primaries in early June. During that few weeks we get to wait for either leaks from the FBI or word from Attorney General Lynch that she has called for a Grand Jury.
It’s Obama’s call.
