Trump is indeed popular in NY.

Remember, Hillary is/was a carpetbagger. Us upstaters are giving her a run for her money.

I wish Guliani was running for governor at the same time.

I think there must be some people who have woken up in recent years.

He doesn’t stand a chance of taking CA or MN, but the rest are up for grabs.

They can’t vote in New Jersey, unless they are dead

The importance of Maine is that it allocates electoral votes according to its congressional districts; thus, Trump could lose the state and still win one electoral vote from Maine.

Trump has many friends in the “industry”

Two early groups who wanted to form PACs were involved with movies. One was the technical /camera/crews. The second was writers Producers etc.
Trump has friends in Hollywood.

Don’t forget Minnesota elected Jesse Ventura in a fit of pique just a few years ago.

Active DFLers did not vote for Jesse, Republican activists did not vote for Jesse, pissed off union workers, bikers, angry retirees, wrestling fans, sportsmen and sportswomen voted for Jesse. A whole lot of people who never voted before or since voted for Jesse. Those are Trumps voters in Minnesota, if they come out he can win, if not its all Clinton.

BTW, the DFL came in a distant third in the Ventura election.

I had forgotten about that.
I was more in mind of MN being the only state Mondale won in 1984.

“International Candidate of Mystery”

Another Obama working for foreign interests.

Kristol is sweating bullets trying to come up with that mole.

I've believed for some time that Trump will win NY, NJ, and PA. That alone would make a D path to 270 all but impossible. I've assumed CA would be out of reach this cycle, but Trump clearly senses weakness there and I'll defer to his judgement. Simply forcing Hillary to spend time and resources defending this must-win prize would mean less time and resources to compete in the purple states.

The exhaustion angle is important. During the primaries Trump showed amazing stamina, holding rallies at a breakneck pace that would be challenging for a man half his age. If he can force Hillary to try to match his schedule, the physical toll on her will be all-too-visible for all to see.

Trump wants to not just win but win big to give him a clear mandate. Certainly winning NY and CA would be electrifying and confer an undeniable mandate for exactly the sort of housecleaning that is needed.

Seriously!! Just work her until she keels over. She cant handle anything that is a crisis. She will be hospitalized or worse.

If she doesn’t accept that in her condition she cant hack it, then she will get the logical results. You’d think that her husband or their friends would tell her this but she is so surrounded by hangers-on and sycophants with their hands out for jobs that no one will tell her shes not physically able to until she suffers a catastrophic meltdown.

Meanwhile, I’m salivating over Trump’s three supreme court picks (Alito, and then Ginsburg and Stevens) that will give us a 7-2 conservative majority and set this country back from the politically correct crap that’s destroying it.

If I remember right Jesse was 1998 which was not a presidential year. The DFL always has much, much larger turnout for presidential years. They usually pick up seats in the legislature in presidential years, so they should do very well. However, if Trump can motivate non voters to get out and vote he has a chance.

I worry about losing the Minnesota house though. That would be bad, and is very possible.

NH is a purple state trending blue, but Maine is a purple state trending red....Maine is where Trump is going to put time & money. The rest of New England is lost.

I’m not so sure bout this and this is why.
The libertarians have produced a Rep Gov as their nominee with Wes Weldon as the VP pulling the Northeast and Southwest Republican vote.

I guarantee a 3rd party will be on stage with Trump and Hillary. Take that to the bank. Those 2 Republicans won’t be drawing votes from Hillary I can assure you. It’s Perot time

NY, CA and MN aren’t in play. It’s wishful thinking.

Trump is behind by 15 or so in NY and CA and MN was the only state not to vote for Ronald Reagan in 1984.

pass the crack pipe if you think he has a shot in NY. I live here and love it but he will lose by 15 at least.

i wholeheartedly think he will win this election but here blacks are still 90 7, jews are still 70 30, hispanics 75 25 and asian 80 20. dont forget the feminists.

and upstate aint gonna cancel all that out.

lots of states to win. dont waste time here.

Oregon should be a lock for the Dems too, but Trump is ahead of Hillary there already. I wouldn’t rule out CA in this election. Trump is a game changer.

Excellent!

Trump is playing to win, not just going through the motions as some previous R. candidates.

I wish him much success.

Trump is very popular in New York; I am not so certain about Hillary.

I remember her being booed after 911.
