Mark Levin: Why’s Trump Cozying Up to Sanders But Still Trashing Cruz?
Mediaite ^ | May 28, 2016 | Josh Feldman

Mark Levin still has serious problems with Donald Trump, and today he pointed to something odd Trump’s been doing recently that could be a turn-off for conservatives.

Trump has been throwing compliments Bernie Sanders‘ way recently, saying he has some good ideas and the Democrats are being unfair to him and he should consider going third party, while at a rally yesterday Trump went back to trashing “Lyin’ Ted” Cruz.

And that really pissed off Levin, who wondered, “Does he talk about Bernie Sanders this way? He treats Bernie Sanders with an odd respect.”

He mocked the way Trump fans pivoted from praising him for agreeing to a debate with Sanders to praising him for deciding against it.

Why wouldn’t he?

For the same reason you've gone quiet about Trump: Boycotts.

In a boycott, Levin loses listeners by the truckload.

In a boycott, you ride the zot lightning off Free Republic.

So you are saying if Trump is not pro-Sanders he would get boycotted?

Mark, it’s as clear as the sneer on your face:

Because Hillary is likely to be Trump’s rival and Bernie is causing her grief.

Because Cruz won’t accept the obvious and is still trying to upset Trump’s nomination and to wield influence in the party.

Why would Mark rather see Hillary elected over Trump is a better question

Um... maybe because Bernie has voters that would find Donald appealing...

He calls him “Crazy” Bernie.

Not too cozy, IMO.

I am saying that a continued anti-Trump stance would earn you and Levin your own forms of boycott.

A lot of these radio hosts and commentators are going to find their careers in a world of hurt by the end of next year when they are exposed as having knowingly supported a liberal coup.

A lot of Freepers used to complain about liberal professors who would silence conservatives. Now you actually proudly proclaim you want conservatives silenced. Good luck with that.

There were #neverTrumpers even bashing him for getting the NRA endorsement.

Claimed Trump paid them off and will abolish the 2nd faster than Hillary would.

TDS obviously destroys all working brain cells.

You see things far too simply. You are a poor thinker. Are you over the age of 70? Mental acuity can suffer as age advances.

And, if Ted persists in not honoring his pledge to support the nominee, he is going to make the whole state of Texas look like an ass at the GOP Convention.

“Helloo..........................Sanders is running as a democrat!”

Correct.

My post followed one that responded to the question why Trump would trash talk Cruz while being conciliatory to the socialist. The response was that it was due to Cruz’s not having endorsed Trump. My reply to that was that Sanders had not endorsed Trump either.

“Cruz ran as a republican, took the oath to support the nominee.”

Trump is the nominee apparent. If he doesn’t have a massive heart attack or go down in Trump One, he will be the nominee and I think that Cruz will endorse at that point.

“and now is acting like a spoiled brat. Lying Ted is quite appropriate.”

Well, each one is entitled to his opinion. At least we can be thankful Trump does not act like a spoiled brat or lie, right?

Your mental acuity loss has reached profound proportions. Please cite for me the line where I proclaim I want conservatives silenced.

I report, factually, the results of both of your actions.

If Levin continues to bash Trump, he will be boycotted by listeners.

If you continue to bash Trump, you will be boycotted by Jim Robinson.

I am younger than you. I just not a person who believes in changing all my core beliefs because of media glitz. Romney lost in 2012. I don’t see how a repeat of 2012 is going to turn out better in 2016.
