I can believe that Barry might not have known or cares but Jarrett is another story. I doubt much gets by that cretin. Barry is just the figurehead who wants to roam the world trying to convince people that he’s smart and knows what he’s doing.

There's the rub, and at least part of why this investigation is taking so long. What is the count up to now, something like 1400 emails with classified information in them? Every single one has to be investigated and traced. Every person that these came from, when to, were CC'd to, etc. has to be contacted.
When they are contacted, their unclassified systems will be examined in an attempt to figure out where else the classified information may have leaked to. Then these systems will be wiped and/or destroyed.
Meanwhile, every single person that these emails went to/from/cc will be questioned. If they are lucky, they are not people who hold security clearances and they can simple plead ignorance. They only lose their computer and any backup copies of the information. (this is why you never mix work and personal)
People on this list with clearances are in a world of hurt. They should know better. They've been briefed and trained on recognizing and handling classified information. It is part of getting and keeping a clearance. They will be asked some very direct, very uncomfortable questions about why they failed to recognize and report the "spillage" of classified into an unclassified environment. Some will get a reprimand, some will probably lose their clearances temporarily or permanently.
Clinton? She's toast. There is no reasonable way she skates out of this. At the very least she is unreliable and untrustworthy and never gets a clearance again, ever. That immediately disqualifies her for any federal position requiring a clearance. (eg. President) Because her negligence was willful, planned, and ongoing she really should serve a long stretch in federal prison. 30 to 50 years, maybe with parole in 20, maybe. In other words for her at her age and with her health issues - a life sentence without parole.
No matter how you slice it though, she should never be put in a position of trust again. She willfully manipulated the system and set it up so she could handle classified on an unclassified system. Even if you accept her weak-a** transparent excuses that it was for convenience and that she didn't know these were classified that also disqualifies her for a position of trust. You are expected to be able to recognize information that should be handled as classified. Failure to do so, 1400+ times is a clear sign she is unable or unwilling to properly handle information that should be protected. This also disqualifies her from ever holding a clearance again.
Bingo. Hillary and her aids are not the only ones who will go down. When the dominos fall I'd bet that ValJar is one of those dominos.
