Being Secretary of State was nothing more than a cover for her and Bill’s four year money laundering scam. Keeping her emails hidden from the public eye was absolutely deliberate.
In other words, Hillary's lying again to justify her blackberry.
Betcha that except for the personal emails....Huma sent the emails as Hillary dictated them.

She was an attorney. She knows how to dictate. That’s what Huma is for. There isn’t any other reason for Huma to exist.
The Secretary office is likely shielded like secure rooms in an embassy so only hardwired phones and computers would work in them. She would be sure those would leave records of use.
No one has asked whether she has a computer at her house.
Have seen no mention of a secretary for the Secretary. Surely there is one.
Well she can’t drive either. But she sure knows how to grift and shakedown donors both domestic and foreign who need a favor from her due to her high office. Wonder if Huma has to wash hellary’s stinking body?
Based on the exhibited intelligence by Hillary on matters of procedure, I could easily conclude her professional calling was to be a speed bump in an apartment complex parking lot..............
What makes you think she didn’t cheat in high school? You don’t just start doing that as an adult. I’m betting she started young and got away with it often. Anything from age 12 and up is suspect.
One must conclude then that she is too stupid, or completely incapable, of learning!
She knew. . .she is just laying ground work to plead ignorance.
