Here is just ONE example, although its a very good example, of why Hillary should be convicted of failing to secure CONFIDENTIAL government foreign-affairs documents...
This one is from Sid Blumenthal to Hillary on April 2, 2010. Clearly from the subject matter, it does not belong on any unsecured computer system.
It hints at the upcoming killing by the US, France, and NATO of Mohamar Qadaffi, and it even implys WHY this has to be done: Because Qadaffi is creating a 7-billion dollar fund of gold-backed dinars, which will be the only currency allowed for middle-east oil purchases.
The message is very detailed, names lots of names, and it puts lives at risk. It even names a Libyan General Abdelfateh Younis, who is "closest to the French", and is accepting French "payments" [bribes] to help bring about a coup. And it tells of leaders who are growing "impatient" (that Qadaffi is still in power).
And doesn't a paragraph like this sound even MUCH MORE sensitive that "Confidential":
"On April 2, 2011 sources with access to advisors to Saif al-Islam Qaddafi stated in strictest confidence that while the freezing of Libya's foreign bank accounts presents Muammar Qaddafi with serious challenges, his ability to equip and maintain his armed forces and intelligence services remains intact. According to sensitive information available to this these individuals, Qaddafi's government holds 143 tons of gold, and a similar amount in silver. During late March, 2011 these stocks were moved to SABHA (south west in the direction of the Libyan border with Niger and Chad); taken from the vaults of the Libyan Central Bank in Tripoli."
The subject line of this memo: "The Quest for Q's Gold", and the text inside also implies this conspiracy may also be to obtain Q's gold and silver for themselves.
THE memo is even clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL". So it is a felony to not secure this memo at all times or even to allow it onto any unsecure computer system.
Hillary even FORWARDED this memo across the unsecure internet, the next day, back to her executive assistant at the State department, Lauren Jiloty.
You can read her "smoking gun" memo yourself, and see that it is clearly at least "CONFIDENTIAL".

A person could easily say, of the US citizens at the embassy in at Benghazi who lost their lives on 9/11 of 2012, that their deaths may have been caused by Mrs. Clinton's shameful involvement, and possibly by her felonious handling of these state secrets.
After Reagan killed his kid in repsonse to Qadaffis promoting terrorism, Qadaffi got the message and didn’t cause us any more trouble. Taking him out was STUPID. Another brilliant foreign policy move by Crooked Hillary.
I think it means the email was April 2, 2011, not April 2, 2010

So did Hitlery and Bloomers get their greedy hands on Q’s gold? If so then that could explain the foundation’s riches and the billionaire’s status. If not what happened to the gold? Did the terrorists get it?
Blumenthal, as I understand, has not had a government position in years, although he was a paid consultant to the Clinton Foundation. So who exactly is giving him such classified gossip?
What I would like to know is who are the moneyed interests getting Obama and Hillary to carry their water? Hillary and Obama are just bagmen, serving the interests making wealthy and powerful. Who wanted Qaddafi gone and Libya destabilized? Who wanted Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Tunisia, Algeria and Morrocco destabilized? Who wanted all these refugees?
Who are Hillary and Obama’s bosses?
I’m starting to wonder if the Clintons didn’t have a lot more power than Obama. Otherwise why was Blumenthal discussing all of this with Hillary?
Hillary was involved with Joe wilson too- the same one who was married to Valerie Plame, super dooper deep cover dpy of the CIA so we’re told. Wilson was mired in deep with the billionaire Mohammed Alamoudi of the Rock Creek Corp.... also involved in African mining for heavy metals.
As big a flake as Joe Wilson is, Hillary didn’t request his name removed from emails when she had her aides copy them and remove Sid Blumenthal’s name. Whenever she had emails copied and modified like that she would attend a meting with Obama and Susan Rice, for example, right after... presumably to pass on Sid’s “intel” without Sid’s name being associated with the White House. So Obama evidently had no problem with listening to the kook Joe Wilson.
It came out in 2011 that the girl was not killed at all. It was a lie that survived for something like 25 years.

Now, over two months later, I can confirm that the contents of Sid Blumenthal’s June 8, 2011, email to Hillary Clinton, sent to her personal, unclassified account, were indeed based on highly sensitive NSA information. The agency investigated this compromise and determined that Mr. Blumenthal’s highly detailed account of Sudanese goings-on, including the retelling of high-level conversations in that country, was indeed derived from NSA intelligence.
Specifically, this information was illegally lifted from four different NSA reports, all of them classified “Top Secret / Special Intelligence.” Worse, at least one of those reports was issued under the GAMMA compartment, which is an NSA handling caveat that is applied to extraordinarily sensitive information (for instance, decrypted conversations between top foreign leadership, as this was). GAMMA is properly viewed as a SIGINT Special Access Program, or SAP, several of which from the CIA Ms. Clinton compromised in another series of her “unclassified” emails.
Currently serving NSA officials have told me they have no doubt that Mr. Blumenthal’s information came from their reports. “It’s word-for-word, verbatim copying,” one of them explained. “In one case, an entire paragraph was lifted from an NSA report” that was classified Top Secret / Special Intelligence.
How Mr. Blumenthal got his hands on this information is the key question, and there’s no firm answer yet. The fact that he was able to take four separate highly classified NSA reports—none of which he was supposed to have any access to—and pass the details of them to Hillary Clinton via email only hours after NSA released them in Top Secret / Special Intelligence channels indicates something highly unusual, as well as illegal, was going on.
Suspicion naturally falls on Tyler Drumheller, the former CIA senior official who was Mr. Blumenthal’s intelligence fixer, his supplier of juicy spy gossip, who conveniently died last August before email-gate became front-page news. However, he, too, had left federal service years before and should not have had any access to current NSA reports.
There are many questions here about what Hillary Clinton and her staff at Foggy Bottom were up to, including Sidney Blumenthal, an integral member of the Clinton organization, despite his lack of any government position. How Mr. Blumenthal got hold of this Top Secret-plus reporting is only the first question. Why he chose to email it to Ms. Clinton in open channels is another question. So is: How did nobody on Secretary Clinton’s staff notice that this highly detailed reporting looked exactly like SIGINT from the NSA? Last, why did the State Department see fit to release this email, unredacted, to the public?
The only problem with this is Blumenthal was not a government employee. He could have marked the email 'super extra top secret' and it would have been meaningless.
No one wants to hurt their feelings.
And what did happen to the gold?
