well, I would be inclined to agree with you, but the Poles have had interesting relations with Germany and Russia for the past 300 years and old suspicions die hard

Oh, it is indeed. Merkel thinks of herself as if she was the master of Poland who is eligible to nominate Polish PMs, members of the judicial power, control the government and parliament, impose financial fines if Poland is "naughty" and doesn't want to accept "her majesty's" decisions like 250,000 Euro fine for any rejected islamic migrant. She brought on the Islamic evil on Europe without asking anyone for permission and now she wants all the EU countries to accept that sick decision without shimmering.

Oh, that's far too much contempt the Polish people can stand.
